Abstract
【解決手段】排気系路10の途中に酸素共存下でも選択的にNOxをアンモニアと反応させ得る選択還元型触媒15を備え且つ該選択還元型触媒15より上流側の排気系路10内に還元剤として尿素水2を添加するインジェクタ6を備えた尿素SCRシステムの凍結防止方法に関し、キーオフ後に尿素水2の適宜回数の噴射を実施してから経路内の尿素水2をポンプ3により尿素水タンク1に吸い戻すアフターラン制御を実施する。

Claims (2)
- 排気系路の途中に酸素共存下でも選択的にNOxをアンモニアと反応させ得る選択還元型触媒を備え且つ該選択還元型触媒より上流側の排気系路内に還元剤として尿素水を添加するインジェクタを備えた尿素SCRシステムの凍結防止方法であって、キーオフ後に尿素水の適宜回数の噴射を実施してから経路内の尿素水をポンプにより尿素水タンクに吸い戻すアフターラン制御を実施することを特徴とする尿素SCRシステムの凍結防止方法。
- キーオフ後に排気温度が所定温度以下に下がるのを待ってポンプを駆動し、該ポンプにより尿素水を所定圧力まで昇圧した後にインジェクタを開弁して尿素水の適宜回数の噴射を実施することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の尿素SCRシステムの凍結防止方法。
