Abstract
【解決手段】臓器1内の穿刺孔を封止する装置であって、細長保持部材13と、臓器の内面に位置するように構成される内側部材と、臓器の対応する外面に位置するように構成される外側部材10と、を備える。内側部材は、前記細長保持部材の遠位端に配置される。外側部材は、前記細長保持部材に沿って移動可能である。外側部材は、第1の状態では、径方向の延びが最小で、それにより穿刺孔を介して前記臓器に配置された後に前記外側部材を前記穿刺孔から後退させることができる構造を有する。外側部材は、第2の状態では、外側部材が細長保持部材に沿って遠位に移動でき、かつ臓器の外面で固定位置に固定できるように、固定部内に外側部材が細長保持部材と係合するように配置されることにより、少なくとも内側部材と外側部材のうちいずれか一つによって穿刺孔を封止できる。

Description
互いに結合可能な第1の部材7および第2の部材10、29、30、40を臓器に導入する工程、
第1の部材が臓器の内面に接触するまで第1の部材を近位に後退させる工程、
第2の部材が臓器内の孔の外に後退するまで第2の部材を近位に後退させる工程、および
第2の部材を遠位に押して臓器の外面と接触させる工程
を備える臓器内の孔を封止する方法に適用可能である。
更に、第1および第2の部材は、第1および第2の部材間の相対動作が許容されるように互いに結合可能であり、押し工程では第2の部材を遠位に押して臓器の外面と接触させ、第1および第2の部材を互いに係合させる。
Claims (9)
- 臓器(1)内の穿刺孔を封止する装置であって、
細長保持部材と、
前記臓器の内面に位置するように構成され、前記細長保持部材の遠位端に配置される内側部材(7)と、
前記臓器の対応する外面に位置するように構成され、前記細長保持部材に沿って移動可能な外側部材(40)と、
を備え、
前記外側部材は、第1の状態では、前記細長保持部材の長手方向に直交する方向に、第2の状態の時より短く、それにより前記穿刺孔を介して前記臓器に配置された後に前記外側部材を前記穿刺孔から後退させることができる構造を有し、
前記外側部材は、前記第2の状態では、前記外側部材が前記細長保持部材に沿って遠位に移動でき、かつ前記臓器の前記外面で固定位置に固定できるように、前記細長保持部材と係合して固定されるように配置されることにより、少なくとも前記内側部材と前記外側部材のうちいずれか一つによって前記穿刺孔を封止でき、
前記外側部材は、更に、前記細長保持部材の長手方向に沿って前記外側部材を前記臓器の前記外面に当てるように前記外側部材に力がかかると前記穿刺孔に跨って延びるように広がるように構成された少なくとも2つのウィング(43)を備えることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記外側部材は、実質的に止血性材料を含まないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記外側部材の近位端から前記外側部材の遠位端への方向に直交する方向の前記外側部材の長さは、前記外側部材の近位端から前記外側部材の遠位端への長さに沿って徐々に長くなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記外側部材(40)は、孔(42)が形成される近位円筒カラー(41)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記ウィング(43)は遠位方向に延びていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 縫合糸またはフィラメントが前記孔(42)内を通ることができるように、前記孔(42)の延びは、前記外側部材(40)の長手方向軸と一致していることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記外側部材の前記構造は、前記外側部材が、前記細長保持部材の長手方向に直交する方向に圧縮可能な構造であることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 4つのウィング(43)を有することを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記外側部材(40)は、全体として、円錐台の形状を有していることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
