前記端末手段は、前記複数の事業分類と前記複数の建物についての原単位指標とを保持して管理する事業分類管理手段と、年度毎の前記複数の事業分類に対する原単位削減率を保持して管理する原単位削減率管理手段と、前記複数の建物がそれぞれ前記複数の事業分類のどれに所属しているかを示す建物所属情報を保持して管理する建物所属管理手段と、前記原単位指標を月単位で保持して管理する原単位指標管理手段と、前記複数の建物の前記エネルギー使用量の目標値と実績値とを月毎に保持して管理するエネルギー使用量管理手段と、前記原単位削減率管理手段からの前記原単位削減率、前記事業分類管理手段からの前記複数の事業分類のコード、並びに前記建物所属管理手段からの前記建物所属情報に基づいて、前記原単位指標管理手段における当該複数の事業分類に属する前記複数の建物についての前記原単位指標を月毎に演算して設定すると共に、当該原単位削減率管理手段からの当該複数の事業分類内での当該原単位削減率についての先月までの目標達成度合を算出した結果に基づいて、当該複数の建物に対して当該複数の事業分類に占める当該原単位指標の割合に応じて前記エネルギー使用量管理手段における前記エネルギー使用量の目標値の当月分を演算して設定するエネルギー使用量目標演算設定手段と、を備えたことを特徴とするエネルギー使用量管理システム。
