Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a belt loop sewing method and a belt loop sewing machine.
In a conventional belt loop sewing machine, both end portions of a belt loop, which is a long and slender cloth piece, are inserted between the tip portions of two fork members each having a bifurcated tip, and the fork members are rotated in reverse with each other. In the state where both ends are folded inward, the sewing machine is supplied to the needle drop position of the sewing machine and is sewn to the fabric (for example, see Patent Document 1).
However, since the above conventional belt loop sewing machine supplies the belt loop with two fork members, the most basic sewing is to sew the fabric with both ends of the belt loop folded back inward. I could only do that.
Therefore, in order to enable various types of belt loops to be sewn, a belt loop sewing machine having a fork member and a loop clamp that sandwiches the belt loop has been devised recently (for example, Patent Documents). 2). For example, there is a sewing shape in which one end of the belt loop is folded in a substantially Z shape and sewn. In such a sewing machine, the first sewing is performed at one end of the belt loop in a state where the loop clamp is clamped, and the loop clamp is moved so as to be folded back at the first sewing portion. The second sewing is performed at a predetermined position close to the direction in which the loop clamp has moved, and this time, the loop clamp is moved in the reverse direction to fold the belt loop back at the second sewing portion, Thus, the third stitching is performed at the position between the second stitched portion and the first stitched portion, thereby enabling the sewing of the shape folded into the Z-shape.
However, in the conventional belt loop attaching sewing machine in which one end of the belt loop is sewn while the belt loop is turned back by the movement of the loop clamp as described above, the following problems may occur.
For example, after performing the second sewing, when the belt loop is turned back at the second sewing portion by moving the loop clamp in the reverse direction, as shown in FIG. There is no problem if it is folded back from the sewn portion toward the first sewn portion without slack, but even if the loop clamp is moved to the limit, the slack cannot be eliminated as shown in FIG. The belt loop may swell from the sewn portion to the opposite side of the first sewn portion. In this case, if the third sewing is performed as it is, an unintentional looseness T is formed as shown in FIG. 18B, and the loop formation fails and the appearance is also deteriorated. The problem arises that the merchandise value is significantly impaired.
Therefore, the present invention has an object to eliminate the unintentional slack of the belt loop and attach a good-looking belt loop in the process of sewing one end of the belt loop while folding the belt loop by moving the loop clamp. According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a needle up-and-down movement mechanism for moving the sewing needle up and down, a loop clamp capable of gripping and releasing a belt loop in a state where the longitudinal direction is directed to a predetermined direction, and the belt loop by a lowering operation A loop holder that holds the cloth, a cloth holder on which the belt loop is sewn, a cloth holder that holds the cloth, a cloth holder that holds the cloth, and the loop clamp that is arranged along the placement surface of the holder. In a belt loop sewing machine that sews a belt loop having a clamp moving mechanism that moves to a position to a fabric,
When sewing one end and the other end of the belt loop to the fabric,
Preceding sewing control for sewing the one end to the fabric at least at one place;
From the state in which the other end of the belt loop that has not been sewn is gripped by a loop clamp, the loop clamp is moved by the clamp moving mechanism so that the belt loop is positioned closer to the other end than the grip position by the loop clamp. An unsewn end holding control that places the part at the lowered position of the loop presser, lowers the loop presser and holds the part by pressing with the loop presser,
In the holding state of the belt loop by the unsewn end holding control, the loop clamp is moved by the clamp moving mechanism, and the distance between the gripped position and the already-sewn portion at the one end along the belt loop Gripping position movement control to shorten
After movement of the gripping position by the gripping position movement control, an unsewn end release control for raising the loop presser and releasing the holding by the unsewn end holding control;
Run
Thereafter, the clamp movement mechanism moves the loop clamp to fold the belt loop back from the already-sewn portion of the one end, and the cloth loop is moved from the gripping position of the belt loop by the loop clamp to the fabric. Folding sewing control for sewing and performing additional sewing of the one end,
Thereafter, the other end sewing control for sewing the other end to the fabric,
It is characterized by performing.
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the state in which the loop loop and the other end portion sewing control are performed after the preceding sewing control, in a state in which the other end portion holds the belt loop which is not yet sewn by a loop clamp. 3. The belt according to
In the invention according to claim 4, after the sewing part formed last by the preceding sewing control is moved from the lowered position of the loop presser to the loop clamp side in the non-sewing end holding control, 4. The belt loop sewing machine according to
Regarding the belt loop, “one end portion” indicates an end portion to be sewn first, “other end portion” indicates an end portion to be sewn later, and an already sewn portion of “one end portion” is indicated. It is called “an already sewn part at one end”. The “sewn portion formed last by the preceding sewing control” is the control at which the one end portion is sewn to the cloth at one position when the preceding sewing control is performed at the end of the preceding sewing control. If it is the same as the “sewn part at one end” and the preceding sewing control is the control for sewing the “one end” to the fabric at two or more locations, It corresponds to the last sewn part of the “sewn part of the part” and is not the same as the “sewn part of the one end part” but is included in the “sewn part of the one end part”.
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the gripping position of the belt loop by the loop clamp is held by the other side of the belt loop by holding the other end of the belt loop by the loop clamp. In the process of sewing one end of the belt loop along the belt loop from the end so that it can be moved closer to the already-sewn sewing portion at one end, and then folding back the belt loop by moving the loop clamp, The belt loop can be attached with high accuracy by eliminating unintended belt loop slack.
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the other end side of the non-sewn portion is held from the gripping position by the loop clamp of the belt loop by the loop presser used when the belt loop is sewn. The gripping position by the loop clamp can be moved along the belt loop from the other end of the unsewn so as to approach the already sewn part at one end, and the belt loop after that is folded by the movement of the loop clamp. In the process of sewing one end of the belt loop, unintentional belt loop slack can be eliminated and belt loop attachment can be performed with high accuracy. Since the loop presser is used, it is not necessary to add a mechanical configuration to move the gripping position.
According to the invention described in claim 3, when the gripping position by the loop clamp is not separated from the already-sewn portion at one end so that an unintentional slack is generated in the belt loop when the belt loop is folded back, it is unnecessary. The belt end can be efficiently attached by omitting the sewing end holding control, the gripping position movement control, and the non-sewn end releasing control.
According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, since the sewing portion formed last by the preceding sewing control moves to the loop clamp side from the lowered position of the loop presser, the movable range of the loop clamp is set in the gripping position movement control. The distance from the already-sewn portion at one end along the belt loop at the gripping position by the loop clamp can be surely shortened.

When sewing such a sewing shape (hereinafter referred to as a Z shape), it is necessary to set a plurality of parameters as shown in FIG. 4, and the input is performed by the
Z-shaped stitches are formed in the order of stitches L1, L2, L3, and L4. On the other hand, the operating means 86 sets the values of the distance m1 of the seam L1-L2, the distance m2 of the seam L2-L3, and the distance m3 of the seam L3-L4 as parameters. FIG. 5 is a perspective view of the sewing-shaped belt loop B corresponding to FIG. 4, and FIG. 6 is a sewing-shaped belt loop B in which the end where the seam L4 is formed is extended without being folded back. The perspective view of was shown. It is also possible to select to omit the seam L3 in the sewing shape shown in FIGS.
In addition to this, as a parameter for performing Z-shaped stitching, any stitching pattern (type of stitching, for example, tacking stitching, basting stitching, etc. for each stitch) is used for each stitch L1 to L4. The setting of whether or not to perform sewing and the setting of the length and width of the belt loop B, etc. are also performed by the operation means 86.
The setting contents of these parameters are recorded in the
Note that the setting of the various parameters described above is merely an example, and for these, for example, fixed values are determined in advance, which may be referred to. Further, it is not necessary to input the numerical value of the distance m2 itself by the operation means 86, and it is possible to substantially acquire the distance m2 by setting another distance that allows the distance m2 to be calculated by addition / subtraction / division / division calculation. (For example, if the distance between the stitches L1-L2 and the distance between the stitches L1-L3 are set, the distance m2 can be obtained by subtracting these values).

In the belt loop attachment of the first form described above, the belt loop of the form shown in FIG. 6 is formed. Since the present invention is not limited to the form of the other end portion sewn later, even when the belt loop having the form shown in FIG.
(Second form of belt loop sewing control (method))
Next, a second embodiment of the belt loop sewing control (belt loop sewing method) of the present invention will be described with reference to the flowchart of FIG.
As described above, when step S15 and subsequent steps are executed after step S10 in the first embodiment, even if the
However, when the distance along the belt loop B between the gripping position by the
Therefore, in the second embodiment, control for selecting whether or not to execute Step S11 to Step S14 is introduced between Step S10 and Step S15.
The flow in the second form is different from the first form in that a branch step T1 shown in FIG. 17 is inserted after step S10 in the first form. Steps S1-S10 in the first embodiment are performed in the same manner. If YES at branch step T1, step S11 and subsequent steps are performed as in the first embodiment. When the branch step T1 is NO, Steps S11 to S14 are not executed, and Step S15 and subsequent steps are performed in the same manner as in the first embodiment.
As described above, in the branching step T1, it is selected whether or not to shift the gripping position by the
Judgment whether or not it is necessary to execute gripping position movement control is necessary for correctly looping back the belt loop B from the parameters such as the parameters at the time of sewing the belt loop to be formed and the dimensions of each part of the belt loop attaching machine. This can be done by comparing and calculating the amount of tension and the maximum amount of movement of the
The gripping position by the

According to such a flow of the second form, when steps S11 to S14 are unnecessary, this can be omitted without being executed, and the belt loop can be attached efficiently by shortening the sewing time.
