Abstract
【解決手段】集電体30,40の各リード部32,42が、電池ケース50と正極面20a又は負極面20bとの間に、正極面20a又は負極面20bに対し傾斜して配置される傾斜部34,44を備える構成とする。

Description
図1及び図2に示す本実施形態に係る電池10は、例えば、リチウムイオン電池である密閉形電池であり、正極板21及び負極板22を備える電極束(エレメント)20と、集電体30,40とが非水電解液(図示なし)と共に外装部材である電池ケース50内に収容されている。この電池ケース50の上部は、蓋部材60で密閉されている。なお電池ケース50内には、電池ケース50の内面を覆う絶縁部材55が設けられている。これにより、電池ケース50と内部に収容される電極束20及び集電体30,40との絶縁が図られている。

Claims (3)
- 正極板と負極板とがセパレータを介してオフセット積層されて積層体を形成すると共に、該積層体を巻いて形成する捲回体の一方の端面を正極面とし他方の端面を負極面とする電極束と、
前記電極束の前記正極面又は前記負極面のそれぞれに対応して配置され、前記正極板又は負極板のいずれかに接続されるリード部と、
前記電極束及び前記リード部が収容される角形状の外装部材と、を有し、
前記リード部は、前記外装部材と前記正極面又は前記負極面との間に、前記正極面又は前記負極面に対し傾斜して配置される傾斜部を備えていることを特徴とする電池。 - 請求項1に記載の電池において、
前記電池は同極に接続される前記リード部を複数有し、
複数の前記リード部は、前記傾斜部の前記正極面又は負極面に対する傾きがそれぞれ略同一であることを特徴とする電池。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の電池において、
前記リード部の前記正極面又は負極面と重なる部分の全体が前記傾斜部となっていることを特徴とする電池。
