Abstract
【解決手段】入射側から出射側に向けて入射側レンズ(第1レンズ)5、第1複屈折部7、ファラディ回転子9、第2複屈折部11、及び出射側レンズ(第2レンズ)15が配置され、入射側と出射側に各々光ファイバー3、17を接続する偏光依存型光アイソレータ1であって、第1複屈折部7のくさび角度θ1と第2複屈折部11のくさび角度θ2とが異なっている。

Description
前記偏光依存型光アイソレータ用非相反ユニットは、
第1複屈折部と、第2複屈折部と、第1複屈折部と第2複屈折部の間に配置されたファラディ回転子とを備え、第1複屈折部と第2複屈折部との屈折角度が異なっており、
前記出射手段は光導波路を含み、常光と異常光の各々の出射位置に前記光導波路が配置されていることを特徴とする。

尚、波長フィルタの位置が入射側であるように図示しているが、その他の場所にあっても同様に励起光Cが波長フィルタ101で反射する機能は同様である。

- 光学部品からなる入射手段と、光学部品からなる出射手段と、前記入射手段と前記出射手段との間に配置された偏光依存型光アイソレータ用非相反ユニットと、から成る偏光依存型光アイソレータであって、
前記偏光依存型光アイソレータ用非相反ユニットは、
第1複屈折部と、第2複屈折部と、第1複屈折部と第2複屈折部の間に配置されたファラディ回転子とを備え、第1複屈折部と第2複屈折部との屈折角度が異なっており、
前記出射手段は光導波路を含み、常光と異常光の各々の出射位置に前記光導波路が配置されていることを特徴とする偏光依存型光アイソレータ。
