Abstract
【解決手段】発電要素を外装部材で封止した電池10の外表面に接着剤Aを塗布する接着剤塗布方法であり、接着剤Aを加熱して流動性を持たせ、接着剤Aを塗布するノズルに対して相対的に移動可能なベルト140上に接着剤Aを塗布する塗布工程と、電池10に対して相対的に移動可能なベルト140上に塗布する塗布工程と、ベルト140上に塗布された接着剤Aの温度をベルト140上で低下させた後に接着剤Aを電池10の外表面に転写する転写工程と、を有する。

Description
本発明は、上述した実施形態に限定されるものではなく、適宜改変することができる。例えば、ベルト140の面積は、扁平型電池10の外表面に転写される接着剤Aの面積よりも小さくてもよい。また、電池は、積層して接着剤Aにより接着可能であれば、扁平型電池10でなくてもよい。

Claims (6)
- 発電要素を外装部材で封止した電池の外表面に接着剤を塗布する接着剤塗布方法であって、
接着剤を加熱して流動性を持たせ、前記接着剤を塗布する塗布手段に対して相対的に移動可能な担持体上に前記接着剤を塗布する塗布工程と、
前記担持体上に塗布された前記接着剤の温度を当該担持体上で低下させた後に前記接着剤を前記電池の外表面に転写する転写工程と、を有する接着剤塗布方法。 - 前記担持体はベルトであり、前記転写工程では、前記ベルトへの前記接着剤の塗布位置から前記電池の外表面に前記接着剤を転写する転写位置まで前記ベルトを移動させて前記ベルト上で前記接着剤の温度を低下させる、請求項1に記載の接着剤塗布方法。
- 前記担持体は、少なくとも前記電池の外表面に転写される前記接着剤の面積よりも大きい面積を有する、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の接着剤塗布方法。
- 発電要素を外装部材で封止した電池の外表面に接着剤を塗布する接着剤塗装置であって、
加熱して流動性を持たせた接着剤を塗布する塗布手段と、
前記塗布手段に対して相対的に移動可能であって前記塗布手段により前記接着剤を塗布され、塗布された前記接着剤の温度を低下させた後に当該接着剤を前記電池の外表面に転写する担持体と、を有する接着剤塗布装置。 - 前記担持体はベルトであり、当該ベルトは、当該ベルトへの前記接着剤の塗布位置から前記電池の外表面に前記接着剤を転写する転写位置まで前記接着剤を担持して移動可能である、請求項4に記載の接着剤塗布装置。
- 前記担持体は、少なくとも前記電池の外表面に転写される前記接着剤の面積よりも大きい面積を有する、請求項4又は請求項5に記載の接着剤塗布装置。
