Abstract

Claims (13)
- 工具本体(2)と切削インサート(3)とを備えた金属切削工具用の交換可能なインサートシート部材(6)であって、
交換可能なインサートシート部材(6)は、工具本体(2)と切削インサート(3)との間に設けられ、工具本体(2)と切削インサート(3)とが直接接触しないように、所定の接触領域で工具本体(2)と切削インサート(3)とに接触し、
交換可能なインサートシート部材(6)は、粉体射出成形によって作られていることを特徴とする交換可能なインサートシート部材。 - 交換可能なインサートシート部材(6)は一体成形品であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の交換可能なインサートシート部材。
- 交換可能なインサートシート部材(6)は、Ni、Co、Cr、W、Mo及びFeのグループから選択された少なくとも一つを含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の交換可能なインサートシート部材。
- 交換可能なインサートシート部材(6)は内接円の直径が8mm以下の切削インサートを支持することを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の交換可能なインサートシート部材。
- 交換可能なインサートシート部材(6)は切削インサートを支持する支持面を備え、少なくとも一つの支持面が非平面(16a,17a)であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の交換可能なインサートシート部材。
- 交換可能なインサートシート部材(6)は切削インサートを支持する少なくとも2つの支持面を備え、2つの支持面の少なくとも一部分が非平面(16a,17a)であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の交換可能なインサートシート部材。
- 交換可能なインサートシート部材(6)は少なくとも一つのダブルポジティブ切削インサート(3)を保持することを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の交換可能なインサートシート部材。
- 交換可能なインサートシート部材(6)は、表面被覆によって少なくとも部分的に被覆されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の交換可能なインサートシート部材。
- 交換可能なインサートシート部材(6)は、少なくとも2つの切削インサートを支持することを特徴とする請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載の交換可能なインサートシート部材。
- 交換可能なインサートシート部材(6)は、工具本体(2)に取付けられたときに金属切削工具の(1)の前側部分を構成することを特徴とする請求項1〜9の何れか一項に記載の交換可能なインサートシート部材。
- 交換可能なインサートシート部材(6)の座(9)である凹所(19)を有する工具本体(2)を備えた金属切削工具(1)であって、
請求項1〜10の何れか一項に記載の交換可能なインサート部材(6)が、座(9)に取り付けられ、少なくとも一つの切削インサート(3)が交換可能インサートシート部材(6)に取り付けられることを特徴とする金属切削工具。 - 交換可能なインサートシート部材(6)と凹所(19)との間の接触領域が平面であることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の金属切削工具。
- 切削インサート(3)及び交換可能なインサートシート部材(6)は、切削インサート(3)及びインサートシート部材(6)の間の接触領域が分離した3つの領域で接触し、切削インサート(3)が3つの異なる方向で支持されることを特徴とする請求項11又は12に記載の金属切削工具。
