Claims (7)
- セパレータを介して正極電極及び負極電極を扁平に捲回した捲回群と、前記捲回群を収納する電池容器とを有する角形非水電解液二次電池であって、
前記捲回群は、扁平形状を形成する平面部と湾曲部とを有し、
前記電池容器は、前記捲回群の前記湾曲部に対向する内壁に突起部を有することを特徴とする角形非水電解液二次電池。 - 前記突起部は、前記捲回群の捲回軸方向において、前記捲回群の存在する区間よりも長い区間にわたって存在する請求項1記載の角形非水電解液二次電池。
- 前記突起部は、前記捲回群の捲回軸方向に不連続に存在する請求項1または2記載の角形非水電解液二次電池。
- 前記電池容器は、前記捲回群の捲回軸方向に、複数の前記突起部を有する請求項1または2記載の角形非水電解液二次電池。
- 前記突起部は、前記捲回群の捲回軸方向に点在する請求項1または2記載の角形非水電解液二次電池。
- 前記電池容器は、前記捲回群の2つの前記湾曲部のそれぞれに対向する内壁に前記突起部を有する請求項1から5のいずれか1項記載の角形非水電解液二次電池。
- 前記突起部は、前記捲回群の捲回軸方向に垂直な断面が、直径部分が曲率を有する半円形状である請求項1から6のいずれか1項記載の角形非水電解液二次電池。
