Description

The present invention relates to a knitting method of a knitted fabric in which an increased stitch is formed by increasing a split using a flat knitting machine having a latch needle.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a knitting method of a knitted fabric is known in which a knitted fabric is formed by increasing the split using a flat knitting machine in which a plurality of latch needles are arranged on at least a pair of front and back needle beds (see, for example, Patent Document 1). ). In the split increase, a new knitting yarn is fed while the stitch (target stitch) locked to one of the front and back needle beds is transferred to the opposite needle bed, and pulled out from the target stitch. A new stitch is formed on the latch needle of one needle bed (the latch needle on which the target stitch to be transferred was originally locked). After the increase, the target stitch is inserted into the knitting width of the knitted fabric as an additional stitch.

However, in a knitting method of a knitted fabric that forms an additional stitch by splitting using a flat knitting machine equipped with a latch needle, the knitting yarn of the new stitch is wound around the base of the target stitch to be increased. It may impair the appearance of the earth.

The latch needle is provided with a transfer blade on one side surface thereof, and has a structure for transferring the stitches between the needle beds facing each other via the blade (for example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2009-161873). (See FIGS. 1-3). Therefore, the hooks of the latch needles of the opposing needle beds are slightly shifted in the longitudinal direction of the needle beds. This deviation is a cause of the knitting yarn of the new stitch being wound around the base of the target stitch.

FIG. 3A is a loop diagram in the vicinity of the additional stitch 3 when the additional stitch 3 (originally the target stitch 1) is inserted toward the left side in the knitting width of the knitted fabric, and FIG. It is a loop diagram of the vicinity of the additional stitch 3 when the additional stitch 3 is inserted toward the right side within the knitting width of the knitted fabric. As shown in FIG. 3, it is understood that when the split is increased using a flat knitting machine equipped with a latch needle, the knitting yarn of the new stitch 2 is wound around the base of the additional stitch 3. Moreover, when FIG. 3A is compared with FIG. 3B, the arrangement state of the stitches and the knitting yarn is not symmetrical. Therefore, for example, when the knitting width of the knitted fabric is increased symmetrically across the center line of the knitted fabric, there is a problem that the appearance of the vicinity of the left and right increased stitches 3 is different.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances. The purpose of the present invention is to form a knitting yarn around the additional stitch even if it is formed with a flat stitch using a flat knitting machine equipped with a latch needle. The object is to provide a knitting method for knitted fabrics.

The present invention includes at least a pair of front and back needle beds and a yarn feeder for supplying knitting yarn to a plurality of latch needles arranged in parallel to the needle beds, and is capable of transferring stitches between the front and back needle beds. Using a knitting machine, while forming a new stitch following the target stitch which is a stitch locked to one needle bed, the additional stitch is transferred by increasing the number of stitches transferred to the latch needle of the other needle bed. The present invention relates to a knitting method of a knitted fabric that is formed and inserted into the knitting width of the knitted fabric. In the knitting method of the knitted fabric of the present invention, the first direction is the direction toward the side where there are transfer blades provided on the side surfaces of the latch needles arranged in the one needle bed in the longitudinal direction of the one needle bed. When the opposite direction is the second direction, the following steps α to ε are performed.
[Step α]... The yarn feeder is moved in the first direction and the target stitch is increased.
[Step β]... The yarn feeder is moved in the second direction to a position exceeding the position of the additional stitch that is the target stitch transferred to the other needle bed by increasing the ratio of the step α.
[Step γ]... The extra stitch is transferred to an empty needle on one needle bed.
[Step δ]... The yarn feeder is moved in the first direction to a position exceeding the position of the additional stitch transferred in Step γ.
[Step ε]... A new stitch is formed on the first direction side of the additional stitch at the same time as or after the step δ.

As one form of the knitting method of the knitted fabric of the present invention, in the case where two pairs of additional stitches are formed at positions separated in the longitudinal direction on one needle bed, the insertion direction of one additional stitch and the other additional stitch are formed. It is preferable to insert one of the additional stitches and the other additional stitch into the knitting width of the knitted fabric so that the insertion directions are opposite to each other.

As one form of the knitting method of the knitted fabric of the present invention, a form in which the above steps α to ε are continuously repeated can be mentioned. In this case, the process ε is performed simultaneously with the process δ, and the (n−1) th process δ (including the process ε) also serves as the nth process α. That is, step α → step β → step γ → step δ (= step α) → step β → step γ → step δ (= step α).

According to the knitting method of the knitted fabric of the present invention, after increasing the split in the process α in the same manner as in the prior art to form an increased stitch, the process β to the process ε are performed before the next stitch is knitted to increase the stitch. The wound knitting yarn can be unwound. As a result, the knitting yarn of the new stitch 2 is not wound around the base of the additional stitch 3 as shown in FIGS. Here, in the knitting method of the knitted fabric of the present invention, the moving direction of the yarn feeder when performing the split increase is very important. Specifically, if the yarn feeder is moved in the second direction in the process α in the second direction (ie, the direction toward the side where there is no transfer blade) and the split is increased, the increase will occur even if the processes β to ε are performed. The winding of the knitting yarn of the new stitch 2 with respect to the eye 3 cannot be eliminated.

In the knitting method of the knitted fabric of the present invention, two additional stitches which are paired on the left and right sides are formed, and even if the insertion directions thereof are different from each other, the states of the double stitches and the stitches in the vicinity thereof may be symmetrical. (See FIGS. 2A and 2B). On the other hand, in the prior art, as shown in FIGS. 3 (A) and 3 (B), it was not possible to form a symmetrically increased stitch by splitting using a latch needle.

In the knitting method of the knitted fabric according to the present invention, by repeating steps α to ε continuously, different gauge knitting that changes from needle-punched knitting to total needle knitting can be performed during knitting of the knitted fabric (Embodiment 2). See).

A loop diagram in the vicinity of the additional eye when inserted toward the right side within the width is shown.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The knitting described in the embodiment is an example of knitting using a two-bed flat knitting machine including a front needle bed (hereinafter referred to as FB) and a rear needle bed (hereinafter referred to as BB) extending in the left-right direction and facing each other in the front-rear direction. Will be explained. The knitting needle provided in this flat knitting machine is a latch needle provided with transfer blades on the side surface of the knitting needle. The flat knitting machine to be used may be a four-bed flat knitting machine. The knitted fabric to be knitted may be a tubular knitted fabric or a single-layer knitted fabric, and these knitted fabrics can be knitted in either a total needle state or a needle-free state.

<Embodiment 1>
In the present embodiment, an example in which a split stitch is formed on the stitches locked to the FB by the knitting method of the knitted fabric of the present invention to form an increased stitch will be described based on the knitting process diagram shown in FIG. In the form, the needle knitting is performed from the start to the end of the knitting). In the knitting process diagram of FIG. 1, “S + number” in the left column is the number of the knitting process, the left and right arrows in the right column are the moving direction of the yarn feeder 8, and the left and right arrows with “K” are the yarn feeder 8 Indicates that knitting is performed with movement. Also, the black dots in the middle column showing the actual knitting state are the hooks of the latch needles provided on each needle bed, A to L are the positions of the FB latch needles, a to l are the positions of the BB latch needles, and arrows Indicates the direction of transfer. Further, in the middle column, a portion where the knitting operation is actually performed in each knitting step is indicated by a thick line, and a stitch locked to the latch needle is indicated by a thin line.

First, S1 shows a state in which the yarn feeder 8 is moved leftward in the drawing and stitches are formed on the latch needles K, I, G, E, and C of the FB. In the subsequent knitting process, the yarn feeder 8 is moved from this state to the right side of the drawing to form an additional stitch. Here, the latch needles lined up in the FB of the present embodiment are provided with transfer blades on the right side surface thereof. Therefore, a direction (right direction on the paper surface) toward the right side where the transfer blades are present is referred to as “first direction RS”, and the opposite direction is referred to as “second direction LS”.

In S2, while moving the yarn feeder 8 in the first direction RS, a new stitch following the stitch locked to the FB latch needles C and E is formed and locked to the FB latch needle G. Extra cost is added to the stitch (target stitch 1). In addition, the target stitch 1 locked to the latch needle G of the FB in S1 is transferred to the latch needle g of the BB, and a new stitch 2 pulled out from the target stitch 1 is formed on the latch needle G of the FB. It is to be. The target stitch 1 transferred from the FB latch needle G to the BB latch needle g in S1 is hereinafter referred to as an additional stitch 3.

In S3, the stitches locked to the FB latch needles C and E are transferred to the BB latch needles c and e. This S3 is for improving the efficiency of the subsequent knitting process, and may be omitted.

In S4, the yarn feeder 8 is moved in the second direction LS to a position exceeding the position of the additional stitch 3 transferred to the latch needle g of BB in S2 (corresponding to step β of the present invention).

In S5, the additional stitch 3 formed in S2 is transferred to the latch needle H of the FB (corresponding to step γ of the present invention). The destination of the additional eye 3 is not particularly limited as long as it is an FB latch needle.

In S6, the yarn feeder 8 is moved in the first direction RS to a position exceeding the position of the additional stitch 3 transferred to the latch needle H of the FB in S5 (corresponding to step δ of the present invention). In the present embodiment, when the yarn feeder 8 is moved in the first direction RS, a new stitch is formed following the stitch locked to the latch needles I and K of the FB (corresponding to step ε of the present invention). . By forming a new stitch 4 on the latch needle I of the FB, a state in which the winding of the knitting yarn around the additional stitch 3 is eliminated is determined. The knitting corresponding to the process ε may be performed separately from the movement of the yarn feeder 8 corresponding to the process δ.

In S7, the stitches 3 are transferred from the latch needle H of the FB to the latch needle g of the BB, and in S8, the stitches locked to the latch needles c, e and g of the BB (the stitches of the latch needle g are the stitches). 3) is transferred to the latch needles A, C and E of the FB.

A loop diagram in the vicinity of the additional stitch 3 formed on the basis of the knitting process described above is shown in FIG. FIG. 2A shows a state in which the knitting course 10 is formed following the wale direction of the stitch row that is locked to the FB in S8 of FIG.

As is apparent from FIG. 2A, if the additional stitch 3 is formed by increasing the split according to the knitting process of this embodiment, the knitting yarn of the new stitch 2 is not wound around the base of the additional stitch 3. Therefore, the appearance in the vicinity of the additional eye 3 is good (for comparison, see the conventional diagram in FIG. 3A).

In FIG. 2A, the additional stitch 3 is inserted toward the left side of the knitting width. However, if the additional stitch 3 is inserted toward the right side of the knitting width, the loop diagram of FIG. It will be in the state shown. Comparing these FIGS. 2A and 2B, it can be seen that the arrangement state of the knitting yarns 3 and the knitting yarns in the vicinity thereof are symmetrical. Therefore, even if the increase eye 3 shown in FIG. 2A and the increase eye 3 shown in FIG. Because it has a symmetrical shape, it looks good.

<Embodiment 2>
In this embodiment, a different gauge knitting that changes from a needle knitting knitting to a total needle knitting during the knitting of the knitted fabric by performing the knitting method of the knitted fabric of the present invention will be described. In the first embodiment, before forming the increased stitches 3, a blank needle is provided and every other latch needle is used (see S <b> 1 in FIG. 1), and even after the increased stitches 3 are formed. The needle is pulled out (see S8 in FIG. 1). On the other hand, after forming the additional stitch 3, the additional stitch 3 may be moved to the empty needle of the FB so that the total stitch state is obtained. For example, after forming the additional stitch 3 in S2 of FIG. 1, S4 to S6 are performed without performing S3. As a result, the additional stitch 3 is inserted at the position of the latch needle H of the FB, and the number of stitches in the knitting width direction of the knitted fabric can be increased without changing the locking width of the knitted fabric. In that case, when the next knitting course (the top knitting course 10 in FIG. 2B) is knitted after the additional stitch 3 is inserted into the knitting width of the knitted fabric, the stitch 5 is placed at the position of the new stitch 2. When knitting is performed, the stitch 2 and the stitch 6 are branched from the additional stitch 3 without overlapping, so that the appearance in the vicinity of the additional stitch 3 can be improved.

Moreover, you may perform continuously the process (alpha)-process (epsilon) in the knitting method of this invention knitted fabric. For example, the split of the stitches of the latch needle C in S1 of FIG. 1 is increased (step α) → the yarn feeder 8 is moved in step S4 (step β) → the transfer of the additional stitch 3 in step S5 is performed (step). (γ) → Addition of a split to the stitch of the latch needle E (step δ: serving as both step ε and step α) is repeated. By doing so, different gauge knitting that changes from needle-punched knitting to total needle knitting during knitting of the knitted fabric can be continuously performed in the course direction. In addition, the boundary between the needle-knitted portion and the total needle-knitted portion in the finished knitted fabric can be finely finished.

The embodiment of the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and can be appropriately changed without departing from the gist of the present invention. For example, the yarn feeder of the flat knitting machine may be a type that is accompanied by a carriage, or may be a self-propelled type.
