Abstract
【解決手段】混合/気化装置12内の流路の、混合/気化装置12の軸方向20と交差して広がる扁平な断面を周方向32に取り囲む支持体19を備える。支持体19は対向する2つの長側壁21,22と対向する2つの短側壁23,24を有し、短側壁23,24の各々により長側壁21,22同士が接続される。長側壁21,22の少なくとも一方の少なくとも一軸方向端26,27に複数のガイド羽根25が設けられ、ガイド羽根25は他方の長側壁21,22に向かって突出し、軸方向20に対して角度が付けられている。

Claims (15)
- 内燃機関(1)、特に自動車の内燃機関、の排気システム(5)用の混合/気化装置(12)であって、
前記混合/気化装置(12)内の流路の、前記混合/気化装置(12)の軸方向(20)と交差して広がる扁平な断面を周方向(32)に取り囲む支持体(19)を備え、
前記支持体(19)は対向する2つの長側壁(21,22)と対向する2つの短側壁(23,24)を有し、
前記短側壁(23,24)の各々により前記長側壁(21,22)同士が接続され、
前記長側壁(21,22)の少なくとも一方の少なくとも一軸方向端(26,27)に複数のガイド羽根(25)が設けられ、該ガイド羽根(25)は他方の前記長側壁(21,22)に向かって突出し、前記軸方向(20)に対して角度が付けられていることを特徴とする混合/気化装置。 - 請求項1に記載の混合/気化装置において、
前記ガイド羽根(25)は前記長側壁(21,22)から略垂直に突出している。 - 請求項1または2に記載の混合/気化装置において、
前記支持体(19)はウェブ状の板材を変形して作製し、該ウェブ状の板材の長さ方向(36)が前記周方向(32)と一致するように前記側壁(21,22,23,24)を形成し、該ウェブ状の板材の幅方向を前記軸方向(20)と平行にする。 - 請求項3に記載の混合/気化装置において、
前記ガイド羽根(25)は前記ウェブ状の板材から一体に成形して曲げて形成する。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の混合/気化装置において、
前記扁平な断面の、前記軸方向(20)と直交する一方向の第1直径が、前記軸方向(20)と該一方向との両方と直交する第2直径の少なくとも2倍である。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の混合/気化装置において、
前記ガイド羽根(25)は前記長側壁(21,22)の流入側(26)のみ、または流出側(27)のみ、または流入側(26)と流出側(27)の両方に設けられる、かつ/または
前記ガイド羽根(25)は前記長側壁(21,22)の両方の少なくとも一軸方向端(26,27)に設けられる。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の混合/気化装置において、
前記ガイド羽根(25)は前記長側壁(21,22)の両方の少なくとも一軸方向端(26,27)に設けられ、各前記ガイド羽根(25)は前記長側壁(21,22)間の中心面まで延びる。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の混合/気化装置において、
各前記ガイド羽根(25)は先端が自由端である。 - 請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の混合/気化装置において、
異なる前記軸方向端(26,27)に設けられた前記ガイド羽根(25)は軸方向(20)に対して互いに反対方向に角度が付けられている、かつ/または
同じ前記軸方向端(26,27)の対向する前記長側壁(21,22)に設けられた前記ガイド羽根(25)は軸方向(20)に対して互いに反対方向に角度が付けられている。 - 請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の混合/気化装置において、
同じ前記長側壁(21,22)および/または同じ前記軸方向端(26,27)に設けられる少なくとも2つの前記ガイド羽根(25)が異なる羽根長または異なる羽根幅を有する。 - 請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の混合/気化装置において、
同じ前記長側壁(21,22)の同じ前記軸方向端(26,27)に設けられる少なくとも2つの前記ガイド羽根(25)が軸方向(20)に対して互いに異なる、または互いに反対方向に、角度が付けられている。 - 請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の混合/気化装置において、
前記軸方向端(26,27)において、前記長側壁(21,22)に沿って、前記軸方向(20)と交差する方向に複数のガイド羽根座(29)が規則的に配され、該ガイド羽根座(29)に個別に設けられる前記ガイド羽根(25)の数が該ガイド羽根座(29)自体の数より少なく、その結果該ガイド羽根座(29)の少なくとも1つに空隙(30)が設けられる。 - 請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の混合/気化装置において、
全ての前記ガイド羽根(25)がそれぞれに対応する前記長側壁(21,22)と一体に形成され、かつ/または
全ての前記側壁(21,22,23,24)が前記支持体(19)と一体に形成され、かつ/または
全ての前記側壁(21,22,23,24)と全ての前記ガイド羽根(25)が1つのウェブ状の板材を変形して形成される。 - 内燃機関(1)、特に自動車の内燃機関、の排気システムであって、
少なくとも1つのSCR触媒コンバーターと、
前記SCR触媒コンバーター(6)の上流において還元剤を排気ガス流(10)に投入するためのインジェクター(9)を少なくとも1つ備えた還元剤投入装置(8)と、
少なくとも1つの、請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載の混合/気化装置(12)と
を備え、
前記混合/気化装置(12)が前記少なくとも1つのインジェクター(9)と前記少なくとも1つのSCR触媒コンバーター(6)との間に設けられることを特徴とする排気システム。 - 内燃機関(1)、特に自動車の内燃機関、の排気システム(5)用のSCR触媒コンバーターであって、
SCR触媒コンバーターエレメント(16)を少なくとも1つ設けたハウジング(15)と、
少なくとも1つの、請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載の混合/気化装置(12)と
を備え、
前記混合/気化装置(12)がハウジング(15)内の、前記少なくとも1つのSCR触媒コンバーターエレメント(16)の上流に設けられることを特徴とするSCR触媒コンバーター。
