Claims (12)
- 自動車の内燃機関の排気システム(5)用の混合/気化装置(12)であって、
前記混合/気化装置(12)は、
対向する2つの長側壁(21、22)及び対向する2つの短側壁(23、24)を有する支持体(19)と、
前記2つの長側壁(21、22)の少なくとも一方に、他方の長側壁に向けて突出して設けられる複数のガイド羽根(25)と、
を備え、
前記2つの長側壁(21、22)は前記2つの短側壁(23、24)によって接続され、
前記複数のガイド羽根(25)の少なくとも一つは2つのガイド面(30)を有し、
前記2つのガイド面(30)は前記混合/気化装置(12)内を流れる排ガスの流通方向を前記2つの短側壁(23、24)に向けるために、前記2つのガイド面(30)の一方が前記2つの短側壁(23、24)の一方に向かって傾斜し、前記2つのガイド面(30)の他方が前記2つの短側壁(23、24)の他方に向かって傾斜して設けられ、
前記2つのガイド面(30)が稜線(32)において互いに接続されることで屋根状の断面形状(29)を有することを特徴とする気化/混合装置。 - 請求項1に記載の混合/気化装置において、
前記稜線(32)は流入側に配される。 - 請求項1または2に記載の混合/気化装置において、
前記ガイド羽根(25)は一方の前記ガイド面(30)を介してのみ前記支持体(19)に接続されている。 - 請求項3に記載の混合/気化装置において、
他方の前記ガイド面(31)は前記支持体(19)から自立して設けられている。 - 請求項4に記載の混合/気化装置において、
前記ガイド羽根(25)は前記稜線(32)の領域においても前記支持体(19)から自立して設けられている。 - 請求項4または5に記載の混合/気化装置において、
前記ガイド羽根(25)の前記2つのガイド面(30,31)は各々が長方形で端部に4辺を有し、前記2つのガイド面(30,31)はそれぞれの1辺において互いに接して前記稜線(32)をなし、前記ガイド羽根(25)は該辺の1つを介してのみ前記支持体(19)に接続されている。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の混合/気化装置において、
前記ガイド羽根(25)は複数設けられ、これらは前記支持体(19)から、前記混合/気化装置(12)の前記軸方向(20)に垂直な方向である第1の方向に突出し、かつ前記軸方向(20)と前記第1の方向との両方に垂直な方向である第2の方向に並べられている。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の混合/気化装置において、
前記屋根状の断面形状(29)を有する前記ガイド羽根(25)は前記支持体(19)の流入側に配され、前記支持体(19)の流出側には少なくとも1つの他のガイド羽根(28)が配され、該他のガイド羽根(28)は前記ガイド羽根(25)とは異なる断面形状を有する。 - 請求項8に記載の混合/気化装置において、
流出側に配される前記他のガイド羽根(28)は、流入側に配される前記屋根状の断面形状(29)を有する前記ガイド羽根(25)の前記ガイド面(30,31)の一方の流出端(36)と軸方向に位置を揃えて設けられ、該流出端(36)を前記軸方向(20)と交差する方向に覆っている。 - 請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の混合/気化装置において、
前記混合/気化装置(12)内の流路の断面形状が扁平であり、
前記支持体(19)は対向する2つの長側壁(21,22)と対向する2つの短側壁(23,24)を有し、
前記短側壁(23,24)の各々により前記長側壁(21,22)同士が接続され、
前記屋根状の断面形状(29)を有する前記ガイド羽根(25)の少なくとも1つが前記長側壁(21,22)の一方の少なくとも一軸方向端(26,27)に設けられ、前記長側壁(21,22)の他方に向かって突出している。 - 自動車の内燃機関(1)の排気システムであって、
少なくとも1つのSCR触媒コンバーター(6)と、
前記SCR触媒コンバーター(6)の上流において還元剤を排気ガス流(10)に投入するためのインジェクター(9)を少なくとも1つ備えた還元剤投入装置(8)と、
少なくとも1つの、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の混合/気化装置(12)と、
を備え、
前記混合/気化装置(12)が前記少なくとも1つのインジェクター(9)と前記少なくとも1つのSCR触媒コンバーター(6)との間に設けられることを特徴とする排気システム。 - 自動車の内燃機関(1)の排気システム(5)用のSCR触媒コンバーターであって、
SCR触媒コンバーターエレメント(16)を少なくとも1つ設けたハウジング(15)と、
少なくとも1つの、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の混合/気化装置(12)と、
を備え、
前記混合/気化装置(12)がハウジング(15)内の、前記少なくとも1つのSCR触媒コンバーターエレメント(16)の上流に設けられることを特徴とするSCR触媒コンバーター。
