Abstract
【解決手段】焼尽性容器1は、下端が塞がれ火薬4が充填される筒状の容器本体3と、その上端を嵌合して塞ぐ上蓋2とが、平均繊維径を最大で1.5μmとしつつ平均繊維長を前記平均繊維径で除したアスペクト比を最少でも10とする微細化セルロース繊維を含む繊維成分と、ニトロセルロース成分とを含んで成型されているものである。

Description
焼尽性容器の原材料として、ニトロセルロースと、微細化セルロース繊維(ダイセルファインケム株式会社製;商品名「セリッシュ KY−100G」)と、クラフトパルプ(針葉樹晒しパルプ)と、合成樹脂、安定剤及び定着剤とを、下記表1に示す成分比で混合して、水に懸濁させたスラリーを調製した。このスラリーから、吸引抄造法により、粗筒体を調製し、その粗筒体を125℃に加熱した雄金型に入れ雌金型との金型加熱圧搾により形状φ145mmディスク状で密度約900kg/m3の圧搾品である焼尽性容器を成型した。
調製例及び比較調製例で得られた焼尽性容器を用い、その物性評価を以下にようにして行った。その評価結果を下記表1に示す。
耐衝撃性能を測定するために、JIS K6251に準じ、引っ張り試験を実施し、その強度を確認した。
燃焼性能は、容積100ccの密閉ボンブを使用し、装填密度を0.2g/ccで装填し、点火薬で着火し、圧力プロファイルを取得した。得られたデータより、圧力プロファイルの傾きを算出し、燃焼性能として評価した。
燃焼残渣について、燃焼性能評価試験後の密閉ボンブ内を目視し、未燃の残渣物の有無を確認することにより、焼尽性能を評価した。
試料形状は15×15mmである。まず、温度25℃、湿度60%の状況下で3時間調温・調湿した後、各試料の肉厚を測定した。次に、温度65℃、湿度60%の状況下で3時間調温・調湿した後、各試料の肉厚を測定し、温度25℃に対する肉厚の減少率を求めた。
試料形状は15×15mmである。まず、温度25℃、湿度60%の状況下で肉厚を測定した。その後、ピンセットで試料を摘み、水中(水温25℃、水量500ml)に沈めた。3分経過した後、試料を取り出し、肉厚を測定した。それぞれの測定結果から、含水状況における肉厚の増加率を求めた。
Claims (5)
- 下端が塞がれ火薬が充填される筒状の容器本体と、その上端を嵌合して塞ぐ上蓋とが、平均繊維径を最大で1.5μmとしつつ平均繊維長を前記平均繊維径で除したアスペクト比を最少でも10とする微細化セルロース繊維を含む繊維成分と、ニトロセルロース成分とを含んで成型されていることを特徴とする焼尽性容器。
- 前記繊維成分を9〜70重量%、前記ニトロセルロース成分を20〜90重量%とすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の焼尽性容器。
- 前記繊維成分が、パルプ繊維を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜2の何れかに記載の焼尽性容器。
- 前記繊維成分の100重量部中に、前記微細化セルロース繊維を0.1〜100重量部含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の焼尽性容器。
- 前記パルプ繊維が、クラフトパルプ、セルロースアセテート、セルロースアセテートプロピオネート、セルロースアセテートブチル、エチルセルロース、草本植物に由来する繊維、灌木植物に由来する繊維、喬木植物に由来する繊維、古紙、及びアクリル繊維から選ばれる少なくとも何れかであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の焼尽性容器。
