Description

本発明は、真空断熱材を用いた冷蔵庫及びその製造方法に関する。
本発明は上記実状に鑑み、断熱箱体コーナ部においても断熱性能を低下させることなく熱漏洩を低減し、加工性や組立性が良好な冷蔵庫及びその製造方法の提供を目的とする。
上記目的を達成すべく、第1の本発明に関わる冷蔵庫は、外郭を形成する外箱と貯蔵室を形成する内箱との間に断熱材と真空断熱材を備えた冷蔵庫であって、前記外箱は、複数の平面板が折り曲げられた形状に形成される板材を含んで形成され、前記板材の内箱側の面に、前記複数の平面板に跨るように前記真空断熱材の芯材のある箇所を配設して、前記真空断熱材は、前記外箱の板材に接着により配置されるとともに前記折り曲げ部近傍に非接着部が設けられている。
の本発明に関わる冷蔵庫の製造方法は、冷蔵庫の外郭を形成する両側面板と天面板を構成する外箱の板材の内側の面に沿って配設した真空断熱材を、前記両側面板と接着するとともに、前記天面板とは非接着としている。
本発明によれば、断熱箱体コーナ部においても断熱性能を低下させることなく熱漏洩を低減し、加工性や組立性が良好な冷蔵庫及びその製造方法を実現できる。

Claims (5)

  1. 外郭を形成する外箱と貯蔵室を形成する内箱との間に断熱材と真空断熱材を備えた冷蔵庫であって、
    前記外箱は、複数の平面板が折り曲げられた形状に形成される板材を含んで形成され、
    前記板材の内箱側の面に、前記複数の平面板に跨るように前記真空断熱材の芯材のある箇所を配設して、
    前記真空断熱材は、前記外箱の板材に接着により配置されるとともに前記折り曲げ部近傍に非接着部が設けられる
    ことを特徴とする冷蔵庫。
  2. 前記真空断熱材の非接着部が、前記内箱側に凸状に湾曲して配設されている
    ことを特徴とする請求項に記載の冷蔵庫。
  3. 前記真空断熱材の非接着部が、当該非接着部に対向する前記板材の非接着の箇所の長さより長く形成される
    ことを特徴とする請求項に記載の冷蔵庫。
  4. 冷蔵庫の外郭を形成する両側面板と天面板を構成する外箱の板材の内側の面に沿って配設した真空断熱材を、前記外箱の板材に対する非接着部と非接着部との間の接着部を天面板に接着した後に他の接着部を前記両側面板に接着する
    ことを特徴とする冷蔵庫の製造方法。
  5. 冷蔵庫の外郭を形成する両側面板と天面板を構成する外箱の板材の内側の面に沿って配設した真空断熱材を、前記両側面板と接着するとともに、前記天面板とは非接着とした
    ことを特徴とする冷蔵庫の製造方法。
