Abstract
【解決手段】ワイヤハーネス9は、高圧導電路15と、この高圧導電路15の端末に設けられる端子とを備えて構成されている。高圧導電路15は、導体19及び第一絶縁体20を有する高圧電線21と、この高圧電線21を覆うように設けられる高圧スパイラル電線22と、高圧スパイラル電線22を被覆する第二絶縁体23と、この第二絶縁体23を覆うように設けられる電磁シールド部材24と、電磁シールド部材24を被覆するシース25とを備えて構成されている。導体19はプラス極導体、高圧スパイラル電線22はマイナス極導体となっている。

Claims (5)
- プラス極導体及びマイナス極導体のいずれか一方と、
該いずれか一方の外側に設けられる第一絶縁体と、
該第一絶縁体の外側に設けられる前記プラス極導体及び前記マイナス極導体のいずれか他方と、
該いずれか他方の外側に設けられる第二絶縁体とを備え、
前記いずれか他方は、金属線材からなるとともに可撓性を有し、
該可撓性を持たせるにあたっては、前記金属線材の隣り合う側部同士を接触させるように前記金属線材を螺旋状に巻回して前記いずれか他方を形成する
ことを特徴とする高圧導電路。 - 請求項1に記載の高圧導電路において、
前記金属線材を線状且つ板状に形成するとともに、前記金属線材を異形状の第一金属線材及び第二金属線材から構成し、さらに、前記いずれか他方を前記第一金属線材及び前記第二金属線材が交互の配置となる螺旋状に巻回して形成する
ことを特徴とする高圧導電路。 - 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の高圧導電路において、
前記いずれか他方の端末に接続される端子を、前記端末の内外から挟み込むインナー端子及びアウター端子と、これらのいずれかに連続する外部接続用の電気接触部とを含んで形成する
ことを特徴とする高圧導電路。 - 請求項1ないし請求項3いずれか記載の高圧導電路において、
前記第二絶縁体の外側に設けられる電磁シールド部材と、該電磁シールド部材の外側に設けられるシースとを更に備える
ことを特徴とする高圧導電路。 - 請求項1ないし請求項4いずれか記載の高圧導電路を含んでなる
ことを特徴とするワイヤハーネス。
