Abstract
【解決手段】警報装置1は、周囲の一酸化炭素濃度を検出するCOセンサ10と、COセンサ10により検出された一酸化炭素濃度の上昇度合いから、火災を判断する火災判断部21とを備えている。この火災判断部21は、COセンサ10により検出された一酸化炭素濃度の上昇度合いが増加傾向にある場合、燻焼火災であると判断する。

このように、電気化学式COセンサ1では一酸化炭素を二酸化炭素に変換することとなり、この過程において電子の移動が発生する。電子の移動量はアノード電極11に晒される一酸化炭素の濃度に依存するため、COセンサ10の配線等を流れる電流の値をCPU20により入力して演算することにより、一酸化炭素の濃度を算出できることとなる。

Claims (5)
- 周囲の一酸化炭素濃度を検出するCOセンサと、
前記COセンサにより検出された一酸化炭素濃度の上昇度合いから、火災を判断する火災判断手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする警報装置。 - 前記火災判断手段は、前記COセンサにより検出された一酸化炭素濃度が略一定の割合で上昇する場合、燃焼機器の不完全燃焼であると判断する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の警報装置。 - 前記火災判断手段は、前記COセンサにより検出された一酸化炭素濃度の上昇度合いが減少傾向にある場合、炭火又は練炭の使用であると判断する
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2のいずれかに記載の警報装置。 - 前記火災判断手段は、前記COセンサにより検出された一酸化炭素濃度の上昇度合いが増加傾向にある場合、燻焼火災であると判断する
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載の警報装置。 - 周囲の一酸化炭素濃度を検出するCOセンサからの信号を入力する第1工程と、
前記第1工程において入力した信号から一酸化炭素濃度を算出する第2工程と、
前記第2工程により算出された一酸化炭素の上昇度合いから、火災を判断する第3工程と、
を備えることを特徴とする警報装置の火災検出方法。
