尿素水溶液の加水分解:
熱分解:(NH2)2CO → NH3 + HNCO (イソシアン酸)
加水分解:HNCO + H2O → NH3 + CO2
4NH3 + 4NO + O2 → 4N2 + 6H2O (「標準的なSCR」);
2NH3 + NO + NO2 → 2N2 + 3H2O (「高速SCR」);
4NH3 +3NO2 → 3.5N2 + 6H2O (「NO2 SCR」)。
例えば、出口開口部が穴の種類である場合を考慮すると、異なる出口開口部が異なる穴の断面で実現されてもよい。しかしながら、還元剤の流れ方向において先細状または幅広状である断面を有する少なくとも一部の出口開口部が設けられてもよい。それらの種類の断面の組み合わせも、もちろん可能である。加えて、例えば、断面を介する出口開口部の方向すなわち還元剤の流れの方向が変更されてもよい。

Claims (9)
- 複数の出口開口部(4、5)を有する、還元剤(2)を排気ガスシステム(3)に供給するための注入ノズル(1)であって、前記出口開口部(4、5)によって、各々の場合、前記還元剤(2)の異なる液滴(6、7)が生成され得る、前記出口開口部(4、5)が設けられる、注入ノズル(1)。
- 異なる断面(8、9)の前記出口開口部(4、5)が設けられる、請求項1に記載の注入ノズル(1)。
- 前記出口開口部(4、5)はスプレーディスク(10)によって形成される、請求項1または2に記載の注入ノズル(1)。
- 前記注入ノズル(1)上の出口開口部(4、5)の少なくとも2つの群(11、12)が分離される、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の注入ノズル(1)。
- 全ての前記出口開口部(4、5)は単一の供給ダクト(13)によって接続されている、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の注入ノズル(1)。
- 排気ガス処理ユニット(15)および請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも1つの注入ノズル(1)を有する、排気ガスを処理するための装置(14)であって、出口開口部(4、5)の少なくとも2つの群(11、12)が、前記排気ガス処理ユニット(15)上に異なる衝突領域(16、17)を形成する、装置(14)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの注入ノズル(1)は、前記排気ガス処理ユニット(15)上のより遠い第1の衝突領域(16)に大きな第1の液滴(6)を付与でき、前記排気ガス処理ユニット(15)上のより近い第2の衝突領域(17)に小さな第2の液滴(7)を付与できる、請求項6に記載の装置(14)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの注入ノズル(1)は、排気ガスの流れ方向(18)において前記排気ガス処理ユニット(15)の下流に配置され、前記排気ガス処理ユニット(15)の後方面側(19)の方向を向く、請求項6または7に記載の装置(14)。
- ガイド(27)が前記少なくとも1つの注入ノズル(1)に設けられる、請求項6〜8のいずれか一項に記載の装置(14)。
