Description

グルタルアルデヒド/CTAC、グルタルアルデヒド/トリス(ヒドロキシメチル)ニトロメタン(トリス・ニトロ)、及びグルタルアルデヒド/ヘキサヒドロ−1,3,5−トリス(2−ヒドロキシエチル)−s−トリアジン(HHT)の組み合わせの、嫌気性細菌に対する評価
嫌気性チャンバ内部で、脱気された滅菌食塩水(1Lの水中の3.1183gのNaCl、1.3082mgのNaHCO3,47.70mgのKCl、72.00mgのCaCl2、54.49mgのMgSO4、172.28mgのNa2SO4、43.92mgのNa2CO3)を、最終細菌濃度105〜106CFU/mlの、油田単離嫌気性SRB集合体で汚染する。次いで、この汚染水の分取を、種々の濃度の殺生物剤溶液(単独又は組み合わせで)で処理する。混合物を40℃で24時間にわたってインキュベートした後、完全な殺菌(MBC)を達成するための最小殺生物剤濃度を割り出す。グルタルアルデヒド/CTACの組み合わせの結果を表1に要約し、グルタルアルデヒド/トリス・ニトロの組み合わせの結果を表2に要約し、そしてグルタルアルデヒド/HHTの組み合わせの結果を表3に要約する。
グルタルアルデヒド/CTAC、グルタルアルデヒド/トリス(ヒドロキシメチル)ニトロメタン(トリス・ニトロ)、及びグルタルアルデヒド/ヘキサヒドロ−1,3,5−トリス(2−ヒドロキシエチル)−s−トリアジン(HHT)の組み合わせの、嫌気性細菌に対する、高温条件及び硫化物が豊富な条件に関する評価
嫌気性チャンバ内部で、食塩水(1Lの水中の3.1183gのNaCl、1.3082mgのNaHCO3,47.70mgのKCl、72.00mgのCaCl2、54.49mgのMgSO4、172.28mgのNa2SO4、43.92mgのNa2CO3)中に、種々の濃度で殺生物剤溶液(単独又は組み合わせで)を調製する。殺生物剤溶液を、油田単離嫌気性SRB集合体104〜105CFU/mL、及び10ppmの硫化物イオンで攻撃する。混合物を2時間にわたって嫌気性条件下で、80℃でインキュベートし、その後、油田SRB集合体に対する殺生物効力を評価する。2時間で少なくとも99.9%の細菌低減を達成するのに必要となる最低殺生物剤濃度を選択することにより、殺生物効力を割り出す。次いで相乗作用指数を計算する。グルタルアルデヒド/CTACの組み合わせの結果を表4に要約し、グルタルアルデヒド/トリス・ニトロの組み合わせの結果を表5に要約し、そしてグルタルアルデヒド/HHTの組み合わせの結果を表6に要約する。
Claims (17)
- グルタルアルデヒド、及び
1−(3−クロロアリル)−3,5,7−トリアザ−1−アゾニアアダマンタン、トリス(ヒドロキシメチル)−ニトロメタン、及びヘキサヒドロトリアジン化合物から成る群から選択された殺生物化合物
を含んで成る組成物。 - 該殺生物化合物が、1−(3−クロロアリル)−3,5,7−トリアザ−1−アゾニアアダマンタンである、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 該殺生物化合物が、トリス(ヒドロキシメチル)−ニトロメタンである、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- R1,R2及びR3がC1−C5アルキルである、請求項4に記載の組成物。
- R1,R2及びR3がC1−C5ヒドロキシアルキルである、請求項4に記載の組成物。
- 該ヘキサヒドロトリアジン化合物が、ヘキサヒドロ−1,3,5−トリス(2−ヒドロキシエチル)−s−トリアジン又はヘキサヒドロ−1,3,5−トリエチル−s−トリアジンである、請求項4に記載の組成物。
- 該グルタルアルデヒドと殺生物化合物との重量比が、約100:1〜約1:100である、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 1種又は2種以上の界面活性剤、イオン性/非イオン性ポリマー、スケール防止剤、腐食防止剤、脱酸素剤、又は追加の殺生物剤をさらに含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 水系又は水含有系内の微生物を抑制する方法であって、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の有効量の組成物で、該系を処理することを含む、微生物を抑制する方法。
- 該水系又は水含有系が、油及び/又はガスの生産時に使用されるか又は存在する、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 該油及びガスの生産が、噴射水及び生産水、水攻及び水圧破砕のための源水、池水、保持タンク水、機能性流体、切削泥水、仕上げ流体及び回収流体、ハイドロテスト流体、刺激流体、パッカー流体、破砕流体、油井及びガス井、分離、貯蔵及び搬送システム、油及びガスのパイプライン、油及びガスの容器、又は燃料を含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 該水系又は水含有系が、冷却塔、熱交換器、ボイラーシステム、紙パルプ製造、その他の工業プロセス水、バラスト水、廃水処理システム、逆浸透水処理、金属加工流体、皮革製品製造、塗料及び被覆剤、水性エマルジョン、ラテックス、接着剤、インク、顔料分散系、身の回り品及び家庭用品、鉱物スラリー、コーキング剤及び接着剤、テープ接合化合物、消毒剤、クリーナー、テキスタイル流体、又はこれらと一緒に使用される系である、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 該微生物が嫌気性細菌である、請求項10〜13のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 該水系又は水含有系が40℃以上である、請求項10〜14のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 該水系又は水含有系が還元剤を含有している、請求項10〜15のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 該還元剤が硫化物である、請求項16に記載の方法。
