Abstract
Description

Claims (23)
- 厚さtを有するs導電性フィルムと、該導電性フィルムの上に厚さTDLを有する非導電性の第1弁別層と、を含み、前記第1弁別層は、TDLの50%〜100%の深さdを有する谷形状、TDLの50%〜100%の溝部の深さdを有する隆起部と溝部の形状、又はこれらの組み合わせから構成される群から選択された複数の形状にパターン化されている、雷保護シート。
- 前記第1弁別層が、TDLの50%〜100%の深さdを有する複数の谷形状にパターン化されている、請求項1に記載の雷保護シート。
- 前記第1弁別層が、50%のTDLの50%〜100%の溝部の深さdを有する、第1の複数の隆起部と溝部の形状にパターン化されている、請求項1に記載の雷保護シート。
- 前記第1弁別層の部分を被覆する非導電性の第2弁別層を更に含み、該第2弁別層は、前記第1の複数の隆起部と溝部の形状と非平行である、第2の複数の隆起部と溝部の形状を含む、請求項3に記載の雷保護シート。
- 前記導電性フィルムが、前記第1の複数の隆起部と溝部の形状と非平行である、第3の複数の隆起部と溝部の形状を含む、請求項3に記載の雷保護シート。
- 前記第1弁別層の部分を被覆する非導電性の第2弁別層を更に含み、前記第1弁別層が、第1絶縁破壊強度を有し、前記第2弁別層が、前記第1絶縁破壊強度の90%未満である第2絶縁破壊強度を有する、請求項1に記載の雷保護シート。
- 前記非導電性の第2弁別層がイオン性顔料を含む、請求項4に記載の雷保護シート。
- 前記非導電性の第1弁別層がイオン性顔料を含む、請求項1に記載の雷保護シート。
- tは0.001〜100マイクロメートルである、請求項1に記載の雷保護シート。
- tは0.01〜10マイクロメートルである、請求項1に記載の雷保護シート。
- dは6マイクロメートル〜1mmである、請求項1に記載の雷保護シート。
- 50g/m2未満の重さである導電性材料の量を含む、請求項1に記載の雷保護シート。
- イオン化塗料の層を更に含む、請求項1に記載の雷保護シート。
- 請求項1に記載の雷保護シートを有する、航空機の複合材料構造体。
- 厚さtを有する導電性フィルムと、該導電性フィルムの上の厚さTDLを有する非導電性の第1弁別層と、を含み、前記第1弁別層は、第1絶縁破壊強度を有する第1材料、及び該第1絶縁破壊強度の90%未満である第2絶縁破壊強度を有する第2材料の粒子を含み、該粒子の平均直径は、TDLの50%〜100%である、雷保護シート。
- tは0.001〜100マイクロメートルである、請求項15に記載の雷保護シート。
- tは0.01〜10マイクロメートルである、請求項15に記載の雷保護シート。
- 前記粒子の前記平均直径が6マイクロメートル〜1mmである、請求項15に記載の雷保護シート。
