Claims (53)
- 体内を手術する方法において:
器具を体外の導入具に取り付けるステップであって、前記器具が器具の長軸を有しているステップと;
第2のアクセス部位を通って制御要素を前記体内に挿入するステップと;
第1のアクセス部位を通って前記導入具を挿入するステップと;
前記体内の前記器具を前記制御要素に取り付けるステップと;
前記器具から前記導入具を取り外すステップとを含み、前記器具を前記制御要素に取り付けるステップが前記器具から前記導入具を取り外すステップと同時であることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法がさらに、前記体外で前記導入具を回転部分と非回転部分を具えるエフェクタに取り付けるステップを含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項2に記載の方法において、前記器具を前記制御要素に取り付けるステップが、前記エフェクタの非回転部分に対して少なくとも前記エフェクタの回転部分を回転させるステップを含むことを特徴とする方法。
