Abstract
Description
(a) ここに定義された「改質ガス」が、「改質触媒」の存在下で炭化水素供給物の自己熱乾式改質によって生成される、「改質工程」、および
(b) 「フィッシャー・トロプシュ触媒」が、フィッシャー・トロプシュ合成を可能にするプロセス条件下で、(a)において生成された「改質ガス」に接触させられる、「フィッシャー・トロプシュ合成工程」、
を有してなるプロセスを提供する。
ここで、本発明を以下の非限定的実施例により十分に記載する。
メタンの自己熱乾式改質のための改質触媒「その場での3%Ni/La2O3」を以下のように調製した:粒径25〜40メッシュのLa2O3を2ml、内径12mm、長さ45cmの管状石英反応装置に装填した。装填済み反応装置に、約28.4モル%のCH4+11モル%のO2+17.4モル%のCO2+42.8モル%のN2からなるガス状混合物を450℃で供給した。担体を反応混合物で処理して(24時間未満)安定相組成物を得た後、Ni(NO3)2水溶液をガス流に注入して、徐々にLa2O3担体にNi塩を含侵させることによって、La2O3担体の0.1〜0.3%のNi(NO3)2水溶液による含侵を開始した。La2O3担体のNi(NO3)2含侵を、3質量%のNi/La2O3基準の計算量に到達するまで続けた。Ni(NO3)2含侵工程中にNO2の形成が観察され、これは、Niの酸化物がLa2O3担体内に形成されることを示す。

CO2に対する選択率=(出るCO2のモル数−入るCO2のモル数)/反応したCOのモル数
合成ガス組成物Bを、逆水性ガスシフト反応工程を含む改良メタン流改質プロセスによって生成した。その後、従来の水蒸気改質により生成された合成ガス(約20.8モル%のCO+18.3モル%のCO2+60.8モル%のH2の組成)を、8秒間の接触時間に亘り600℃で、Cr−系工業Catofin(登録商標)C4脱水素化触媒と接触させて、約29モル%のCO+12モル%のCO2+59モル%のH2を有する合成ガス組成物Bを生成した。
Claims (9)
- フィッシャー・トロプシュ合成によって脂肪族および芳香族C2〜C6炭化水素の混合物を含む生成物流を製造するプロセスであって、フィッシャー・トロプシュ触媒を、改質触媒の存在下で炭化水素供給物の自己熱乾式改質により生成される改質ガスと接触させる工程を有してなり、前記改質ガスが、合成ガス(H2およびCO)、酸素(O2)および必要に応じて、メタン(CH4)、二酸化炭素(CO2)および不活性ガスからなる群より選択されるさらに別の成分から実質的になることを特徴とするプロセス。
- 前記不活性ガスが窒素(N2)であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のプロセス。
- 前記生成物流がメタン(CH4)および二酸化炭素(CO2)をさらに含み、これらが前記改質ガスがそれから生成される前記炭化水素供給物に再循環されることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のプロセス。
- 前記改質ガスが0.1〜5モル%の酸素(O2)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から3いずれか1項記載のプロセス。
- 前記改質ガスが1〜4の水素(H2)の一酸化炭素(CO)に対する比を有することを特徴とする請求項1から4いずれか1項記載のプロセス。
- 前記改質触媒が、Ni/La2O3触媒;Ni/Al2O3触媒;およびNi/MgO−Al2O3触媒からなる群より選択されることを特徴とする請求項1から5いずれか1項記載のプロセス。
- 前記自己熱乾式改質が、0.4〜1秒間の接触時間に亘り680℃〜710℃の反応温度で行われることを特徴とする請求項1から6いずれか1項記載のプロセス。
- 前記フィッシャー・トロプシュ触媒が、SiO2上に担持されたCo−Fe触媒であることを特徴とする請求項1から7いずれか1項記載のプロセス。
- 前記フィッシャー・トロプシュ合成が、275〜350℃の反応温度および400〜1200h-1の空間速度で行われることを特徴とする請求項1から8いずれか1項記載のプロセス。
