Description
4間に、源から集塵システム30内への火の粉粒子の流れを妨げるのに充分な最小間隙38を有する。特定の応用と流量の要求に依り、上記で規定された許容最大火の粉直径より小さい実質的に全ての火の粉粒子の除去を提供するために、間隙38は約50から約500マイクロメートルに及んでもよい。
4が炉80から放射される。該煙及び火の粉群はガス84と一緒になり、該ガスはスロット付きフード50により、火の粉粒子を除去するよう火の粉よけ12を通り、次いで集塵システム30へ流される。クリーンなガスは集塵システム30の出口90を出る。火の粉よけ12は実質的に全ての火の粉粒子を除去するので、バッグフィルター92を有する集塵システム30が使われてもよい。バッグフィルター集塵システム30はコークス炉充填過程により発生するガス流れからの粒子状物質の除去では他の集塵システムより効果的である。
Claims (20)
- 織物フィルター集塵システム内の火災発生低減システムであって、
第1端部と、該第1端部から遠位の第2端部と、を有する細長いハウジングと、
源から該ハウジング内へのガス及びパーティキュレートの流れ用に該ハウジングの内部部分と流体的に連通するガス流れ入り口と、
該ハウジングから該集塵システム内へのガス及びパーティキュレートの流れ用に該ハウジングと流体的に連通するガス流れ出口と、そして
該第1端部と該第2端部の間で該ハウジング内に配置された細長い火の粉よけと、を具備しており、該火の粉よけは、複数の間隔を置いた楔型部材を備えるが、該源から該集塵システムへの可燃粒子の流れを妨げるのに充分な最小間隙を隣り合う該楔型部材間に備える火災発生低減システム。 - 該火の粉よけからの粒子を除去するため該ハウジングに取り付けられた火の粉よけ清掃システムを更に具備する請求項1記載の火災発生低減システム。
- 該複数の楔形部材が該ハウジング内に実質的に垂直方向に配置される請求項1記載の火災発生低減システム。
- 隣り合う楔形部材間の該最小間隙が50マイクロメートルから約400マイクロメートルに及ぶ請求項1記載の火災発生低減システム。
- 該火の粉よけがステンレス鋼材料から成る請求項1記載の火災発生低減システム。
- 該集塵システムが、中に布フィルターバッグを有するバッグハウスを備える請求項1記載の火災発生低減システム。
- 該火の粉よけを清掃するために該ハウジング内に複数の水スプレーノズルを更に具備する請求項1記載の火災発生低減システム。
- 流れを該ハウジング内へ、そして該火の粉よけを通るよう導くために、火の粉と粒子状物質を含むガスの収集用のフードを更に具備する請求項1記載の火災発生低減システム。
- コークス炉充填過程用の汚損管理システムであって、
集塵システムと、
該コークス炉内への石炭の該充填動作からの塵、火の粉及び煙の収集用に、開いたコークス炉ドア上に配置されたフードと、
該フードの通気出口に取り付けられた細長いハウジングと、を具備しており、該ハウジングは第1端部及び該第1端部から遠位の第2端部と、該フードから該ハウジング内へのガス及び粒子状物質の流れ用に、該ハウジングの内部部分と流体的に連通するガス流れ入り口と、該ハウジングから該集塵システム内へのガス及び粒子状物質の流れ用に、該ハウジングと流体的に連通するガス流れ出口と、そして該第1端部と該第2端部の間で該ハウジング内に配置された細長い火の粉よけと、を備えており、該火の粉よけは、複数の間隔を置いた楔型部材を有し、源から該集塵システムへの可燃粒子の流れを妨げるのに充分な最小間隙を隣り合う該楔型部材間に有しており、そして
該集塵システムが該ハウジングの該ガス流れ出口と流体的に連通している汚損管理システム。 - 該火の粉よけから粒子を除去するために該ハウジングに取り付けられた火の粉よけ清掃システムを更に具備する請求項9記載の汚損管理システム。
- 該複数の楔型部材が該ハウジング内に実質的に垂直方向に配置される請求項9記載の汚損管理システム。
- 隣り合う楔型部材間の最小間隙が50マイクロメートルから約400マイクロメートルに及ぶ請求項9記載の汚損管理システム。
- 該火の粉よけがステンレス鋼材料から成る請求項9記載の汚損管理システム。
- 該集塵システムが布フィルターバッグを中に有するバッグハウスを備える請求項9記載の汚損管理システム。
- 該火の粉よけにスプレーを掛け清掃するために該ハウジング内に水スプレーノズルを更に具備する請求項9記載の汚損管理システム。
- ハウジングと、該ハウジングのガス流れ範囲に配置された細長い背当て部材に取り付けられた複数の細長い、間隔を置いた楔型部材と、を具備しており、該楔型部材は隣り合う該楔型部材間に約50から約400マイクロメートルに及ぶ最小間隙を備える、集塵システム内の火災防止用火の粉よけ。
- 該複数の楔型部材が該ハウジング内に実質的に垂直方向に配置される請求項16記載の火の粉よけ。
- 該火の粉よけがステンレス鋼材料から成る請求項16記載の火の粉よけ。
- 該火の粉よけの清掃用に該ハウジング内に配置された複数の水スプレーノズルを更に具備する請求項16記載の火の粉よけ。
- 該水スプレーノズルが約120度の円錐角を有する円錐型スプレーを提供する請求項19記載の火の粉よけ。
