Claims (24)
- 第一の弁部分と第二の弁部分とを備え、該第一の弁部分と該第二の弁部分とは相補的形状を有し、該第一の弁部分は該第二の弁部分と密封係合することができ且つ該第一の弁部分と該第二の弁部分とは協働して物質の流動を許容することができ、該第一の弁部分と該第二の弁部分との各々はハウジング、弁座及び弁閉塞部材を含み、該弁閉塞部材は該弁座から退去して弁を開にする第一の位置と該弁座と協働して該弁を閉にする第二の位置との間を移動自在であるスプリット弁装置であって、
該第一の弁部分と該第二の弁部分とが相互に係合して該弁閉塞部材が閉じられる第一の形態と該第一の弁部分と該第二の弁部分とが相互に非係合となる第二の形態を有し、該第一の弁部分は該第二の弁部分に対して相対的に移動自在であって該第一の弁部分と該第二の弁部分とを選択的にロック及びロック解除するロッキング手段を有する、
ことを特徴とするスプリット弁装置。 - 該ロッキング手段は一対のロッキング部材を含み、該ロッキング部材の一方は該ロッキング部材の他方に対して相対的に移動自在であり、該一対のロッキング部材をロック及びロック解除する該ロッキング部材の該他方に選択的に係合する、請求項1記載のスプリット弁装置。
- 該一対のロッキング部材は相補的形状を有する雄部材及び雌部材から構成されている、請求項2記載のスプリット弁装置。
- 該一対のロッキング部材は雄部材及び雌部材から構成されており、該雄部材は該雌部材に対して相対的に移動可能である、請求項1から3までのいずれかに記載のスリプット弁装置。
- 該一対のロッキング部材は並進移動自在な雄部材を有する、請求項2から4までのいずれかに記載のスプリット弁装置。
- 該一対のロッキング部材はピンを含む雄部材と該雄部材を受け入れる相補的形状の盲穴を含む雌部材から構成されている、請求項2から5のいずれかに記載のスプリット弁装置。
- 該一対のロッキング部材は能動的な弁部材に配設された雄部材と受動的な弁部材に配設された雌部材から構成されている、請求項2から6のいずれかに記載のスプリット弁装置。
- 該雄部材の長手方向軸線は該雌部材の軸線からオフセットされている、請求項2から7のいずれかに記載のスプリット弁装置。
- 該第一の弁部分及び該第二の弁部分は雌部材であり、該第一の弁部分及び該第二の弁部分の該雌部材と受け入れる対応した雄部材を有する第三の弁部分が配設されている、請求項2から8のいずれかに記載のスプリット弁装置。
- 該弁部分の各々は容器又は搬送手段に装着可能である、請求項1から9のいずれかに記載のスプリット弁装置。
- 該弁部分は容器又は搬送手段と一体に形成されている、請求項1から10のいずれかに記載のスプリット弁装置。
- 該第一の形態から該第二の形態に移動するとチャンバーの入口及び出口が閉となる請求項1から11のいずれかに記載のスプリット弁装置。
- 該弁座と該弁閉塞部材とは相補的形状であって、該弁閉塞部材が閉となると密封が形成される、請求項1から12のいずれかに記載のスプリット弁装置。
- スプリットバタフライ弁又はスプリットボール弁である、請求項1から13のいずれかに記載のスプリット弁装置。
- 該弁座はシール部材を含む、請求項1から14のいずれかに記載のスプリット弁装置。
- 該シール部材は接合部分と弾性変形可能な部分を含む、請求項15に記載のスプリット弁装置。
- 該シール部材の弾性変形可能部分は該接合部分と該弁ハウジングとの間に配置されている、請求項15に記載のスプリット弁装置。
- 該弁閉塞部材には、該弁ハウジングの中実部分に対して係合されるシールを受け入れる凹部が配設されている、請求項15に記載のスプリット弁装置。
- 該弁閉塞部材はエラストマー材料製カバーを有する、請求項18に記載のスプリット弁装置。
- 該弁閉塞部材を閉の位置に偏倚する偏倚手段が配設されている、請求項1から19のいずれかに記載のスプリット弁装置。
- 該弁座は該弁ハウジング上又は該弁閉塞部材に配置されている、請求項1から20のいずれかに記載のスプリット弁装置。
- 物質の流動を許容している間に該第一の形態から該第二の形態に変換することができる、請求項1から21のいずれかに記載のスプリット弁装置。
- 物質の流動が完了すると、該第二の形態から該第一の形態に変換され、該二つの弁部分が非係合になる、請求項22に記載のスプリット弁装置。
- 請求項1から23までのいずれかに記載のスプリット弁装置を使用する、物質の流動方法。
