Claims (2)
- フィルムを製造する共押出方法であって、
押出ダイに裏面層材料とコア層材料と複製層材料とを供給する工程と、
裏面層とコア層と複製層とを有するフィルムを作製するために、ニップロールと構造化ロールとの間に前記裏面層材料と前記コア層材料と前記複製層材料とを共押出する工程であって、前記構造化ロールは前記複製層上に複製される表面構造を有し、かつ前記コア層は前記複製層に適合する形状適合性内部層である共押出工程と、を含む方法。 - 第1の表面を有する複製層と、
第2の表面を有するコア層であって、前記複製層と当該コア層との間に第1のインタフェースを備えたコア層と、
前記第2の表面の反対側で前記コア層に隣接した裏面層とを有するフィルムであって、
前記第1のインタフェースは前記第1の表面及び前記第2の表面と共形であり、前記第1の表面は光学微細構造を有し、かつ前記第1の表面及び前記第2の表面は複製パターンを有する、フィルム。
