Abstract
Description
A−I触媒は、メタノール中で70重量%のエチルトリフェニルホスホニウムアセテート−酢酸複合体であり、且つMorton Internationalから商業的に入手可能である。
DVBDOはジビニルベンゼンジオキサイドを表す。
PERはフェノール性エポキシ樹脂を表す。
DSCは示差走査熱量測定法を表す。
Tgはガラス転移温度を表す。
GPCはゲル浸透クロマトグラフィーを表す。
Mnは数平均分子量を表す。
Mwは重量平均分子量を表す。
η* (150 0C)は150℃で測定した複素粘度(complex viscosity)を表す。
Tgは10℃/分の温度掃引速度を用いてDSCによって測定する。
GPCは屈折率、直角レーザー光散乱及び差圧検出器を取り付けたViscotek液体クロマトグラフィーシステムを用いて測定する。
複素粘度は、平行版固定物を取り付けたARESレオメータを用いて、且つ10s-1の頻度で操作して測定する。
反応器に表Iに挙げた量の試薬を添加した。混合物を約90℃〜約200℃で、反応が完了するまで3時間かけて撹拌しながら加熱し、そしてその後に室温(約25℃)まで冷却した。表Iは、上記の方法によって測定された特質の結果も含む。
Claims (18)
- (a)ジビニルアレーンジオキサイド及び(b)ジフェノールの反応生成物を含んで成り、フェノール官能性を有する反応中間体を生成するヒドロキシル官能性ポリエーテル組成物。
- 前記ジビニルアレーンジオキサイドがジビニルベンゼンジオキサイドである請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記ジフェノールがビスフェノールA,ビスフェノールF、テトラブロモビスフェノールA、ビフェノール、チオジフェノール、ジナフトール及びその混合物を含んで成る群から選定される請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 熱可塑性又は熱硬化性配合物中で混合される請求項1に記載された組成物。
- 単官能性成分を含む請求項1に記載の組成物であって、前記単官能性成分がモノエポキシド又はモノフェノールである組成物。
- 多官能性成分を含む請求項1に記載の組成物であって、前記多官能性成分が架橋結合せずに分岐を導入する組成物。
- 前記多官能性成分がポリエポキシド、ポリフェノール又はその混合物を含む請求項6に記載の組成物。
- 前記ポリエポキシドがエポキシノボラックを含んで成るか、又は前記ポリフェノールがフェノールノボラックを含んで成る請求項7に記載の組成物。
- 前記ジフェノールが化学量論過剰において使用される請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記エポキシ対フェノール当量に関する比率が約0.01超〜約1.0未満である、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- (a)ジビニルアレーンジオキサイド及び(b)ジフェノールを反応させることを含んで成るヒドロキシル官能性ポリエーテル組成物の製造方法。
- 前記ジビニルアレーンジオキサイドがジビニルベンゼンジオキサイドである請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記ジフェノールがビスフェノールA,ビスフェノールF、テトラブロモビスフェノールA,ビフェノール、チオジフェノール、ジナフトール及びその混合物を含んで成る群から選定され、且つ前記ジフェノールの濃度が、フェノールに対するエポキシの化学量論比で、1.0未満で存在する請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記方法が約50℃〜約300℃の範囲内の温度で実施される請求項11に記載の方法。
- 単官能性成分を含む請求項11に記載の方法であって、且つ前記単官能性成分がモノエポキシド又はモノフェノールである方法。
- 多官能性成分を含む請求項11に記載の方法であって、前記多官能性成分が架橋結合せずに分岐を導入する方法。
- 前記多官能性成分がポリエポキシド、ポリフェノール又はその混合物を含む請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリエトキシドがエポキシノボラックを含んで成るか、又は前記ポリフェノールがフェノールノボラックを含んで成る請求項17に記載の方法。
