Claims (13)
- ポリメリックジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート(MDI)成分及び2,4’−MDIを含むジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート(MDI)モノマー成分を含むポリイソシアネート組成物(但し、前記2,4’−MDIが、前記MDIモノマー成分100質量部に対して35質量部を超える量で前記MDIモノマーに存在している。)と、
3500g/mol以上の重量平均分子量を有するキャリアポリオール及び該キャリアポリオールに分散したスチレンとアクリロニトリルの共重合体の粒子を含む第一級ヒドロキシル基末端グラフトポリエーテルポリオール及び前記第一級ヒドロキシル基末端グラフトポリエーテルポリオールとは異なる第二のポリオールを含むイソシアネート反応性組成物との反応生成物を含み、密度が100kg/m3未満である軟質ポリウレタンフォームであって、
当該軟質ポリウレタンフォームは、その軟質ポリウレタンフォームの曲げ疲労の量にかかわらず、カリフォルニア技術公報(California Technical Bulletin)117規則に従う可燃性試験において難燃性を示すことを特徴とする軟質ポリウレタンフォーム。 - 難燃性添加剤を含まない請求項1に記載の軟質ポリウレタンフォーム。
- 前記第一級ヒドロキシル基末端グラフトポリエーテルポリオールの前記キャリアポリオールが、4000g/mol以上の重量平均分子量を有する請求項1又は2に記載の軟質ポリウレタンフォーム。
- 前記第二のポリオールが、5000g/mol以上の重量平均分子量を有する請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の軟質ポリウレタンフォーム。
- 前記スチレンとアクリロニトリルの共重合体の粒子は、前記キャリアポリオール100質量部に対して5〜65質量部の量で、前記キャリアポリオールに分散している請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の軟質ポリウレタンフォーム。
- 前記第二のポリオールは、1000g/mol以上の重量平均分子量を有する請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の軟質ポリウレタンフォーム。
- 前記イソシアネート反応性組成物は更に、官能基数が4未満の架橋剤を含む請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載の軟質ポリウレタンフォーム。
- 前記架橋剤はジエタノールアミンである請求項7に記載の軟質ポリウレタンフォーム。
- 前記第一級ヒドロキシル基末端グラフトポリエーテルポリオールは、前記イソシアネート反応性組成物に存在する全てのポリオール100質量部に対して5〜95質量部の量で、前記イソシアネート反応性組成物に存在している請求項1〜8の何れか1項に記載の軟質ポリウレタンフォーム。
- 前記イソシアネート反応性組成物は更に触媒成分を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜9の何れか1項に記載の軟質ポリウレタンフォーム。
- ポリメリックジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート(MDI)成分及び2,4’−MDIを含むジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート(MDI)モノマー成分を含むポリイソシアネート組成物(但し、前記2,4’−MDIが、前記MDIモノマー成分100質量部に対して35質量部を超える量で前記MDIモノマーに存在している。)を準備する工程;
3500g/mol以上の重量平均分子量を有するキャリアポリオール及び該キャリアポリオールに分散したスチレンとアクリロニトリルの共重合体の粒子を含む第一級ヒドロキシル基末端グラフトポリエーテルポリオール及び前記第一級ヒドロキシル基末端グラフトポリエーテルポリオールとは異なる第二のポリオールを含むイソシアネート反応性組成物を準備する工程;
ポリイソシアネート組成物をイソシアネート反応性組成物と反応させて軟質ポリウレタンフォームを形成する工程;
を含む軟質ポリウレタンフォームの製造方法であって、
当該軟質ポリウレタンフォームは、その軟質ポリウレタンフォームの曲げ疲労の量にかかわらず、カリフォルニア技術公報(California Technical Bulletin)117規則に従う可燃性試験において難燃性を示すことを特徴とする軟質ポリウレタンフォームの製造方法。 - 軟質ポリウレタンフォームが、スラブコンベアシステムに沿って形成されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。
- ポリイソシアネート組成物をイソシアネート反応性組成物と反応させる工程を触媒成分の存在下で行い、軟質ポリウレタンフォームを形成する請求項11又は12に記載の方法。
