Claims (14)
- 潤滑油の加圧された噴流を噴霧するための注油装置であって、
ポンプ本体(5)を備えている電磁ポンプであって、前記電磁ポンプ内においてピストン(20)が移動する前記電磁ポンプと、
ボア(22)内において前記ピストン(20)を案内するための案内手段(19)であって、潤滑油輸送チャネル(17)と連通している開口部(32)を含んでいる前記案内手段(19)と、
を備えている前記注油装置において、
前記開口部(32)が、前記ボア(22)の下流部分に配設された圧縮チャンバ(23)内で開口しており、
前記注油装置が、前記潤滑油を噴霧する前に前記潤滑油に熱エネルギを伝達させるように配置されている加熱ブロック(7)を備えていることを特徴とする注油装置。 - 前記加熱ブロック(7)が、前記ポンプ本体(5)に取り付けられており、
前記潤滑油輸送チャネル(17)が、前記加熱ブロック(7)を横断していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の注油装置。 - 前記加熱ブロック(7)が、前記潤滑油輸送チャネル(17)に連結されている潤滑油貯蔵チャンバ(16)を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の注油装置。
- 前記潤滑油を噴霧するための噴霧ノズル(9)が、前記ポンプ本体(5)に直接取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の注油装置。
- 前記ポンプ本体(5)が、小径端部(21)を有しており、
前記噴霧ノズル(9)が、前記小径端部(21)の周囲に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の注油装置。 - 前記加熱ブロック(54)が、前記ポンプ本体(5)の下流に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の注油装置。
- 前記潤滑油を噴霧するための噴霧ノズル(9)が、前記潤滑油のための貫通路(56)を有していると共に前記ポンプ本体の下流に取り付けられている細長状のノズル本体(55)を備えており、
前記加熱ブロック(54)が、前記ノズル本体(55)と接触していることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の注油装置。 - 前記加熱ブロック(54)が、前記噴霧ノズル(9)を前記ポンプ本体(5)に取り付け、所定位置に固定するための手段を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の注油装置。
- 前記加熱ブロック(7,54)が、導電性材料から作られており、電気加熱要素(14,58)を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項2〜8のいずれか一項に記載の注油装置。
- 前記注油装置が、前記ボア(22)の下流部分に収容されている案内スリーブ(31)内で移動するように取り付けられている隔離プラグ(25)を含んでおり、
前記隔離プラグ(25)が、弾性手段(42)によって、閉位置に移動するように動作することを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の注油装置。 - 案内手段(19)が、前記圧縮チャンバ(23)の容積を調整するように、前記潤滑油輸送チャネル(17)に対して移動することを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の注油装置。
- 前記注油装置が、鉄道車両の車輪フランジに注油するように適合されており、空気流を噴霧ノズル(9)の出口に向かって方向付けるように配設されている空気バッフル(46)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の注油装置。
- 前記空気バッフルが、前記鉄道車両の進行方向に向いている空気入口オリフィスを備えている空気サンプリング手段(46)を有していることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の注油装置。
- 鉄道車両用ボギー車の少なくとも1つのホイールに注油することを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の注油装置の利用。
