Abstract
Description
− オペレータは手でネジ又はナットを保持しているので、オペレータはオペレータ自身を熱くするかも知れない。
− ねじ込み動作がなされている材料が、特にその材料が航空産業で使用されているような複合材料である場合、ダメージを受けたり変形したりする可能性がある。
− コーティング、例えばネジ又はナットを覆う防蝕及び/又潤滑用コーティングが劣化させられるかもしれず、それはその効率を損なう。
− 一旦締めたら緩みを防止するある種のナットが使用される制動装置が性能劣化するかも知れない。
Claims (11)
- カラー(6;28;50;52;60;72;92;142;152)付き多角形の駆動手段(23;26;30;33;36;38;42;119;140;151)であって、前記カラーが、カラー面(50;52)に対して凹んでいるソケット面(24;31;34;37;39;41;43;81;97;147;153)を有しており、当該ソケット面が、当該駆動手段のシャンクの(7;91)の横側面(70;71;93;96)と整列していることを特徴とする駆動手段。
- 前記ソケット面が平坦又は凹んでいることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の駆動手段。
- 当該駆動手段が金型鍛造、切削加工、鋳込、焼結又はプラスチック射出成形により形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の駆動手段。
- 前記シャンクは六角形で又は双六角形であり、そして、前記カラーは截頭円錐形であることを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の駆動手段。
- 当該駆動手段が前記カラーの前記ソケット面と前記シャンクの横側面との間に隅肉を有していることを特徴とする請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載の駆動手段。
- 当該駆動手段がチタン合金、ステンレス鋼、ニッケル合金又はアルミニウム合金からつくられていることを特徴とする請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載の駆動手段。
- 前記カラーの截頭円錐形の面が、当該カラーの円形基部(18;156)に対して少なくとも45度の角度をなしていることを特徴とする請求項4から6の何れか一項に記載の駆動手段。
- 截頭部が多角形の基部を有していることを特徴とする請求項4から7の何れか一項に記載の駆動手段。
- 前記ソケット面には印がつけられ及び/又は色がつけられていることを特徴とする請求項1から8の何れか一項に記載の駆動手段。
- 前記カラーは、球面状の下方支持面(143)を有しており、その球面状の下方支持面は、ボールソケットジョイントと同じ態様で、旋回を可能にしているワッシャ(141)と相補形であり接続されており、前記ワッシャは、前記カラーの直径より大きい直径を有しており、前記ワッシャは、前記カラー142を収容する凹んだハウジング(145)を有していることを特徴とする請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載の駆動手段。
- 請求項1から10の何れか一項に記載の多角形の駆動手段(23;26;30;33;36;38;42;119;140;151)のための、締付け及び緩め用多角形レンチソケットであって、当該レンチソケットは、多角形の中空のシャンク(135)と端部(136)とを有する空洞部(134)を具備しており、当該端部は、前記駆動手段の一体化されているカラー(6;28;50;52;60;72;92;142;152)に当接するように構成されており、当該レンチソケットの前記端部の側面(137及び138)は、前記ソケット面の形と相補形をしており、当接時に前記ソケットに押しつけられるようになされており、更に、前記カラーが、カラー面(50;52)に対して凹んでいるソケット面(24;31;34;37;39;41;43;81;97;147;153)を有しており、当該ソケット面は、前記駆動手段のシャンクの(7;91)の横側面(70;71;93;96)と整列していることを特徴とする多角形レンチソケット。
