Claims (8)
- 流入口及び流出口を有する弁室と
弁室を、制御室と、前記流入口に接続されたフロー室とに分割するダイアフラムと、
前記フロー室内の前記流出口側に配置された弁座と、
前記ダイアフラムと接続され、前記弁座と協働して、前記流入口から流入し前記フロー室を前記流出口へと流れる流れを調整する弁体と、
前記流出口と前記制御室との間に延在する第1バイパスに位置する第1パイロット弁と、
前記流入口と前記制御室との間に延在する第2バイパスに位置する第2パイロット弁と、
前記第1パイロット弁及び前記第2パイロット弁を制御して、前記第1バイパス及び前記第2バイパスを選択的に開く又は閉じることにより、前記フロー室を流れる前記流れを全開状態と全閉状態との間で変化させる制御ユニットと
を備える弁機構。 - 前記第1パイロット弁及び前記第2パイロット弁は、前記制御ユニットによりパルスで制御される請求項1に記載の弁機構。
- 前記第1パイロット弁は、通常閉弁であり、前記第2パイロット弁は、通常開弁である請求項1又は請求項2に記載の弁機構。
- 前記制御ユニットは、入力信号に応じて前記第1パイロット弁及び前記第2パイロット弁を制御して、流量を調節する請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の弁機構。
- 流量可変弁、特に、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の弁機構で使用される弁部材であって、
略円筒形状の弁体を備え、
前記弁体は、対向する2つの端面、当該端面の間に延在する外周壁、前記外周壁に弁体の内側方向に延在するように形成された少なくとも1つの凹部、及び前記端面の一方から延び前記凹部内に開口する開口部を有する弁部材。 - 前記凹部は、略くさび形状をしており、前記弁体の軸を横切る方向に延在している請求項5に記載の弁部材。
- 前記凹部は、前記弁体の軸に対して傾いた様々な角度を有する複数の面部からなる複数の面によって規定されている請求項5又は請求項6に記載の弁部材。
- 前記開口部は、前記弁部材が使用されている弁の呼称幅に対応する幅を有する請求項5から請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の弁部材。
