Claims (6)
- 投入された廃タイヤをキャリアガスとして循環させて使用し、直接加熱方式によって分解させる熱分解炉及びこの熱分解炉で発生される高熱の蒸気を冷却凝縮させてオイルを捕集するオイル捕集手段を含む廃タイヤリサイクルシステムにおいて、
前記熱分解炉(1)とオイル捕集手段を経由して再び熱分解炉(1)に循環されるキャリアガス循環ラインを含み、前記キャリアガス循環ライン(cl)に連結して設置され、前記熱分解炉(1)の内部の温度とキャリアガス循環ライン(cl)の内部の圧力を測定する感知要素を備え、
前記熱分解炉(1)で生成された非凝縮性ガスを捕集して貯蔵し、これを選択的に熱分解炉(1)側に供給してキャリアガスとして使用するようにするキャリアガス循環供給装置(20)をさらに含むことを特徴とする廃タイヤリサイクルシステム。 - 前記キャリアガス循環供給装置(20)は、感知要素として前記キャリアガス循環ライン(cl)の内部圧力を測定する圧力測定器(21)及び前記熱分解炉(1)の内部の温度を測定する温度測定器(23)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の廃タイヤリサイクルシステム。
- 前記キャリアガス循環供給装置(20)は、前記キャリアガス循環ライン(cl)に連結されて、選択的に非凝縮性ガスが供給されて貯蔵する非凝縮性ガス貯蔵タンク(27)と;前記非凝縮性ガス貯蔵タンク(27)と前記キャリアガス循環ライン(cl)を連結する管路に設置されて、選択的に前記キャリアガス循環ライン(cl)内の非凝縮性ガスを非凝縮性ガス貯蔵タンク(27)に供給したり、または反対に貯蔵された非凝縮性ガスをキャリアガス循環ライン(cl)に供給するための仕切弁(25、29)と;を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の廃タイヤリサイクルシステム。
- 前記キャリアガス循環供給装置(20)は、前記キャリアガス循環ライン(cl)内の圧力が100mmAq以上で、前記熱分解炉(1)内の分解温度が200℃以上の場合前記キャリアガス循環ライン(cl)内に流動中の非凝縮性ガスを非凝縮性ガス貯蔵タンク(27)に貯蔵することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の廃タイヤリサイクルシステム。
- 前記キャリアガス循環ライン(cl)には非凝縮性ガスに含まれた酸素を燃焼させるように電源供給によって選択的に発熱する電熱線を備えた酸素除去加熱装置(30)が設置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の廃タイヤリサイクルシステム。
- 前記酸素除去加熱装置(30)は300℃以上に発熱する熱線を含む電熱器であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の廃タイヤリサイクルシステム。
