Description
a)不連続であり、および/または

冷却−堆積されるときに充填物は溶解され得、次いで冷却して室温で固体になる。
加熱−堆積されるときに充填物は液体であり得、押出本体部分の加熱により充填物が固まる(例えば卵白を加熱したハードキャンディ押出本体部分に入れると、接触時に卵が固まる)。
乾燥−充填物は溶液であり得、それを固体に乾燥させる(例えば溶液からの水分が押出本体部分に吸収される)。
溶剤損失−充填物は溶剤であり得、それにより、溶剤が押出本体部分に吸収され、固体が残る。
化学反応−充填物は液体として堆積され得るが、固体中で反応するか、または「反応が停止する(go off)」。
架橋−充填物は、混合および/または加熱することにより架橋した材料になるための構成物質を形成し得る。

第3段階は、実施例1に記載した第1段階、第2段階に基づき、食品等級環境における食品等級機器を備える作業環境を再現した。この食品等級の設定により、空気、液体および固体充填物を有するハードキャンディ、チョコレートおよびチューイングガムを押出成形した。この種々の充填された押出成形物を食品等級環境において製造し、それらの食用特性を調べるために消費した。
Claims (30)
- 第1の押出部分と第2の押出部分を含み、各々の部分は、その中に配置される複数の細管を有し、前記第1の部分および前記第2の部分の前記細管は、
a)不連続であり、および/または
b)連続し、かつ、1つより多い方向に向きを定められる、
菓子製品。 - 前記各々の部分の細管は実質的に互いに平行して形成される、請求項1に記載の菓子製品。
- 前記第1の部分および前記第2の部分は積み重ねられた構造であり、それによって、前記第1の部分および前記第2の部分の細管は、互いに実質的に平行である、請求項1または2に記載の菓子製品。
- 前記第1の部分および前記第2の部分は折り畳まれた構造である、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の菓子製品。
- 前記第1の部分および前記第2の部分は不連続であり、前記細管は互いに対してランダムな配置で向きを定められる、請求項1または2に記載の菓子製品。
- 前記細管の1つ以上は、前記第1の押出部分および/または前記第2の押出部分を生成するために使用される材料とは異なる材料で少なくとも部分的に充填される、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の菓子製品。
- 前記細管は流体材料で充填される、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の菓子製品。
- 前記流体は液体を含む、請求項7に記載の菓子製品。
- 前記細管は凝固する液体材料を充填される、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の菓子製品。
- 前記製品はさらに、前記押出部分を覆うためのコーティング部分を含む、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の菓子製品。

- 押出本体部分の中に配置される複数の細管を有する、前記押出本体部分を含む菓子製品を製造するためのプロセスであって、前記プロセスは、
a)押出可能な菓子材料の中に配置される複数の細管を有する、前記押出可能な菓子材料を押出す工程と、
b)押出成形物内に配置される複数の細管を有する2つ以上の部分に前記押出成形物を切断し、前記部分を組み込んでいる菓子製品を生成する工程または、
c)前記押出成形物を折り畳み、前記折り畳まれた押出成形物を組み込んでいる菓子製品を生成する工程のいずれかと、
