Claims (20)
- 遠位端、外部表面、及び内部空間を有する管状部材と、
前記管状部材の前記外部表面に沿って延在し、且つ前記管状部材の前記遠位端を囲むように延在している搬送要素と、
前記管状部材の前記外部表面の周りで搬送要素の上に配置された弾性バンドと、
前記管状部材の前記内部空間内に位置して、前記管状部材の前記遠位端を越えて並進可能なステープルであって、前記ステープルは第1の突起と、該第1の突起から隔置された第2の突起を含み、前記第1の突起は前記第2の突起に対して並進可能であるステープルと、
を含み、
前記搬送要素は、前記弾性バンドを前記管状部材の前記遠位端を越えて送る構造とされており、前記弾性バンドが遠位端を越えると、前記弾性バンドが収縮して前記ステープルと係合し、前記第1と前記第2の突起を互いに向けて並進させるようになされている、
組織の穿孔を閉合するための医療装置。 - 前記管状部材が前記遠位端から近位方向に延在しているスロットを画定し、前記ステープルの一部分が前記スロットを通って延在している、請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記弾性バンドが、前記スロットを通って延在している前記ステープルの前記一部分と係合しており、前記弾性バンドの遠位方向への並進により前記ステープルを遠位方向への並進させる、請求項2に記載の医療装置。
- 前記管状部材が、前記遠位端から近位方向に延在している第1と第2のスロットを画定し、前記ステープルの第1の部分が前記第1のスロットを通って延在し、前記ステープルの第2の部分が前記第2のスロットを通って延在しており、前記弾性バンドが前記ステープルの前記第1及び第2の部分に係合している、請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記管状部材を通って延在し、前記ステープルと係合して遠位方向に並進させるように配置された前進部材をさらに備えている、請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記第1の突起が前記第2の突起に対して直線的に並進可能である、請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記第1の突起が前記第2の突起に対して枢動可能である、請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記ステープルが、前記第1の突起に取り付けられた第1の連結部材と前記第2の突起に取り付けられた第2の連結部材をさらに含んでおり、前記第1の連結部材が前記第2の連結部材を摺動可能に収容している、請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 請求項1に記載の医療装置を備える医療システムであって、
チャネルを有し、前記管状部材が嵌合される内視鏡と、
前記内視鏡のチャネルを通って延在し前記搬送要素に連結されたアクチュエータであって、前記アクチュエータが近位へ後退して前記弾性バンドを前記管状部材の前記遠位端を越えて送ると、前記弾性バンドが収縮して前記ステープルと係合し、前記第1と前記第2の突起を互いに向けて並進させるようになされている、アクチュエータと、
をさらに備える、医療システム。 - 前記内視鏡のチャネルを通って延在し、前記ステープルと係合するように配置される前進部材であって、前記前進部材の遠位方向への並進により前記ステープルを遠位方向に並進させる、請求項9に記載の医療システム。
- 前記前進部材が、前記前進部材の遠位方向への並進が前記アクチュエータの近位方向への並進と連動するように、前記アクチュエータに操作可能に連結されている、請求項10に記載の医療システム。
- 前記前進部材が前記アクチュエータに連結されており、前記前進部材の遠位方向への並進が前記アクチュエータを近位方向に並進させる、請求項10に記載の医療システム。
- 前記管状部材内に一列に連ねて並べられた複数のステープルと、前記搬送要素の上に配置された複数の弾性バンドをさらに備え、前記複数のステープルの突起が鋭い先端を画定している複数の第1の端部を含んでおり、前記複数のステープルの鋭い先端が遠位方向に向いている、請求項9に記載の医療システム。
- 第1の連結部材を有する第1の突起であって、前記第1の連結部材は前記第1の突起に取り付けられており、前記第1の突起は組織を穿刺する構造とされた鋭い先端を画定している第1の端部を含んでいる、第1の突起と、
第2の連結部材を有する第2の突起であって、前記第2の連結部材は前記第2の突起に取り付けられており、前記第2の突起は組織を穿刺する構造とされた鋭い先端を画定している第1の端部を含んでいる、第2の突起と、
を備え、
前記鋭い先端を極めて近接して引き寄せるために前記第1の突起が前記第2の突起に対して並進可能であるように、前記第1の連結部材が前記第2の連結部材に対して調整可能である、

- 前記第1の連結部材がロッドであり、前記第2の連結部材が前記第2の突起に形成された通路である、請求項14に記載の外科手術用ステープル。
- 前記第1の連結部材がロッドと第1のチューブのうちの1つであり、前記第2の連結部材が前記第1の連結部材を収容できる大きさの第2のチューブである、請求項14に記載の外科手術用ステープル。
- 前記第1と第2の突起が互いから離れて付勢されている、請求項14に記載の外科手術用ステープル。
- 前記第1と第2の連結部材が、前記第1と第2の突起を枢軸可能に接続している蝶番部分である、請求項14に記載の外科手術用ステープル。
