Description
Claims (16)
- 可撓配管ラインに液体を送出するための蠕動可撓チューブポンプ、特に体外血液処理装置の蠕動可撓チューブポンプをモニタする方法であって、前記蠕動可撓チューブポンプが前記可撓配管ラインを閉鎖するための複数の変位体を有し、前記ポンプの動作中、前記ポンプによって消費される電力もしくはこの電力と相互に関連する変数、および/または前記ポンプの上流側もしくは下流側の可撓配管のセグメント内の圧力、もしくは前記ポンプの上流側もしくは下流側の電力と相互に関連する変数が決定される方法において、前記ポンプによって消費される前記電力もしくはこの電力と相互に関連する前記変数、および/または前記ポンプの上流側もしくは下流側の可撓配管の前記セグメント内の前記圧力、もしくは前記ポンプの上流側もしくは下流側のこの圧力と相互に関連する前記変数が、複数の前記変位体のうちの対応する個々の変位体と関連する時間範囲の間、検知されることと、前記個々の変位体に関連する測定信号が互いに比較されることと、前記個々の測定信号間に、予め設定された大きさよりも大きい差が存在している場合、前記ポンプが適切に動作していないことが結論付けられることと、を特徴とする方法。
- 前記個々の変位体の各々に関連する前記測定信号から、直流成分および/または前記直流成分の上に重畳している少なくとも1つの交流成分が判断され、前記個々の測定信号の前記直流成分および/または前記交流成分が互いに比較されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記個々の変位体に関連する前記直流成分および/または前記交流成分の平均が予め設定された時間間隔で判断されることと、対応する個々の直流成分および/または交流成分の平均が互いに比較され、前記平均間に、予め設定された大きさよりも大きい差が存在している場合に、前記可撓チューブポンプが適切に動作していないことが結論付けられることと、を特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記個々の測定信号の前記直流成分および/または交流成分を判断するために、前記測定信号のフーリエ解析が実施されることを特徴とする請求項1から3の一項に記載の方法。
- 前記測定信号と前記個々の変位体を関連付けるために前記変位体の位置が判断されることを特徴とする請求項1から4の一項に記載の方法。
- 前記可撓チューブポンプが閉鎖ローラポンプであり、前記可撓配管ラインが、支台として作用するローラ軌道を形成しているステータと、回転可能に取り付けられたローラを備えたロータとの間に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から5の一項に記載の方法。
- 体外血液処理装置の蠕動可撓チューブポンプが動作されることを特徴とする請求項1から6の一項に記載の方法。
- 前記蠕動可撓チューブポンプが、血液処理ユニットまで通っている動脈可撓配管ラインの中に配置され、前記血液処理ユニットから静脈可撓配管ラインが導かれ、前記動脈可撓配管ラインおよび静脈可撓配管ラインは前記血液処理ユニットとともに体外血液回路を形成していることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- 可撓配管ラインに液体を送出するための蠕動可撓チューブポンプをモニタするための構造であって、前記可撓チューブポンプが前記可撓配管ラインを閉鎖するための複数の変位体を有し、前記構造が、前記ポンプの動作中、前記ポンプによって消費される電力もしくはこの電力と相互に関連する変数、および/または前記ポンプの上流側もしくは下流側の可撓配管のセグメント内の圧力、もしくは前記ポンプの上流側もしくは下流側のこの圧力と相互に関連する変数を検知するための手段(17B、17B’)を有する構造において、前記ポンプによって消費される前記電力もしくはこの電力と相互に関連する前記変数、および/または前記ポンプの上流側もしくは下流側の可撓配管の前記セグメント内の前記圧力、もしくは前記ポンプの上流側もしくは下流側のこの圧力と相互に関連する変数を検知するための前記手段(17B、17B’)が、前記個々の変位体に関連する測定信号が複数の前記変位体のうちの対応する前記個々の変位体に関連する時間範囲にわたって判断されるように設計されていることと、前記構造が、前記個々の変位体に関連する前記測定信号を互いに比較するための手段(17C)であって、前記個々の測定信号間に、予め設定された大きさよりも大きい差が存在している場合に、前記可撓チューブポンプが適切に動作していないことを結論付けるように設計されている手段(17C)を有していることと、を特徴とする構造。
- 前記測定信号を比較するための前記手段(17C)が、前記個々の変位体の各々が割り当てられている前記測定信号から、直流成分および/または前記直流成分の上に重畳している少なくとも1つの交流成分が判断されるように設計されており、前記個々の測定信号の前記直流成分および/または前記交流成分が互いに比較されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の構造。
- 前記測定信号を比較するための前記手段(17C)が、前記個々の測定信号の前記直流成分および/または交流成分を判断するためにフーリエ解析を実施するための手段を有していることを特徴とする請求項9および10のいずれかに記載の構造。
- 前記可撓チューブポンプは、前記可撓配管ラインが、支台として作用するローラ軌道(6C)を形成しているステータと、回転可能に取り付けられたローラ(6A、6B)を備えたロータとの間に前記可撓配管ラインが配置されている閉鎖ローラポンプ(6)であることを特徴とする請求項9から11の一項に記載の構造。
- 前記ポンプによって消費される前記電力および/または前記圧力を検知するための前記手段(17B、17B’)が、前記測定信号と前記個々の変位体を関連付けるために前記変位体の位置を判断するための手段(6E、6D)を有していることを特徴とする請求項9から12の一項に記載の構造。
- 前記蠕動可撓チューブポンプが、体外血液処理装置の蠕動可撓チューブポンプ(6)であることを特徴とする請求項9から13の一項に記載の構造。
- 請求項9から15の一項に記載の構造を有していることを特徴とする血液処理装置。
- 血液処理ユニット(1)であって、動脈可撓配管ライン(5)が前記血液処理ユニット(1)まで通っており、かつ、前記血液処理ユニット(1)から静脈可撓配管ライン(7)が導かれている血液処理ユニット(1)を有し、前記蠕動可撓チューブポンプ(6)が前記動脈可撓配管ライン(5)の中に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の血液処理装置。
