Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の粉末吸入器用の分散装置は、粒子の流れを供給するための環状の流路(12)を有するマウスピース(10)を含む。この環状の流路は、軸方向の流入口(14)および軸方向の流出口(16)を有し、この軸方向の流出口(16)には、環状の方向変換チャンバ(18)が隣接する。この方向変換チャンバ(18)内において、軸方向に流入する粒子の流れが主として半径方向の流れに方向変換される。方向変換チャンバには、円周壁(22)および軸方向流出口(24)を有する回転チャンバ(20)が軸方向において隣接する。

Claims (13)
- 粒子の流れを供給するためのリング状の流路(12)が内部に設けられるマウスピース(10)を備えた粉末吸入器用分散装置であり、前記リング状の流路(12)は、軸方向の流入口(14)および軸方向の流出口(16)を有する分散装置であって、前記軸方向の流出口(16)にリング形状の方向変換チャンバ(18)が隣接し、前記方向変換チャンバ(18)内において、軸方向に流入する前記粒子の流れが主として半径方向の流れに方向変換され、かつ、前記方向変換チャンバ(18)に、円周壁(22)および軸方向流出口(24)を有する回転チャンバ(20)が軸方向において隣接する分散装置において、軸方向に対して斜めに向けられた案内羽が方向変換チャンバの中に配置され、前記案内羽の各案内羽は方向変換チャンバの全断面にわたって延びている、ことを特徴とする分散装置。
- 軸方向に対して斜めに向けられた複数の案内羽根(26)が前記方向変換チャンバ(18)の中に配置される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の分散装置。
- 前記案内羽根(26)が前記粒子の流れを加速する効果を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の分散装置。
- 前記案内羽根(26)が湾曲しており、その曲率が軸方向に低減する、ことを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の分散装置。
- 前記案内羽根(26)が、その断面において、湾曲した輪郭線を備えた流線型の翼形状を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項2、3または4に記載の分散装置。
- 前記案内羽根(26)が、前記方向変換チャンバ(18)の流入部の領域において丸められた前端部を有し、前記方向変換チャンバ(18)の流出部の領域においてより小さい丸みの後端部を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項2〜5のいずれか1項に記載の分散装置。
- 前記回転チャンバ(20)の軸方向流出口(24)が中心に配置される、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜6の少なくとも1項に記載の分散装置。
- 放出流路(30)、特に凹面状に拡大する放出流路が、前記回転チャンバ(20)の軸方向流出口(24)に隣接する、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜7の少なくとも1項に記載の分散装置。
- 前記放出流路(30)が、鋭いエッジをもって、特に鋭角の断面をもって、前記回転チャンバ(20)に隣接する、ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の分散装置。
- 前記放出流路(30)が、前記放出される粒子の流れを軸方向に束ねる効果を得るために、流出側の末端部分に円筒状の領域(33)を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項8または9に記載の分散装置。
- 前記回転チャンバ(20)内における前記円周壁(22)から前記軸方向流出口(24)への移行部(28)が部分的に湾曲している、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜10の少なくとも1項に記載の分散装置。
- 前記リング状流路(12)の流出口(16)が全周にわたって延びている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜11の少なくとも1項に記載の分散装置。
- 前記リング状流路(12)の軸方向の流出口(16)と前記回転チャンバ(18)の流出口(24)との間に、外部空気供給用の空気流入開口は全く設けられない、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜12の少なくとも1項に記載の分散装置。
