Abstract

Claims (15)
- 医療処置において使用するためのステントであって、
該ステントの近位端に設けられている一連の近位の頂端と、
該ステントの遠位端に設けられている一連の遠位の頂端と、
前記一連の近位の頂端と前記一連の遠位の頂端との間に設けられている少なくとも1つの画像形成要素と、
該画像形成要素の遠位側の位置において該ステントの表面に設けられ且つ該ステントの一部分をグラフト材に結合する縫合糸を受け入れるようになされている第一の縫合用の穴と、を備えており、
前記一連の遠位の頂端と前記第一の縫合用の穴とを備えている該ステントの遠位領域が、前記グラフト材と重なり、
前記一連の近位の頂端を有している該ステントの近位領域が前記グラフト材を越えて近位方向に配置される、ことを特徴とするステント。 - 前記画像形成要素が、前記グラフト材の近位端縁の終端と一致する位置に配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のステント。
- 前記グラフト材と重なる該ステントの前記遠位領域が、該ステントの長手方向の長さの約20パーセント〜約45パーセントを構成しており、前記グラフト材を越えて遠位方向に配置される前記近位領域が、前記ステントの長手方向長さの約55パーセント〜約80パーセントを構成している、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のステント。
- 前記遠位の頂端の各々が、前記遠位の頂端を前記グラフト材に結合する縫合糸を受け入れるようになされている第二の縫合用の穴を備えている端部領域を備えている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のステント。
- 前記近位の頂端の各々と前記遠位の頂端の各々との間に配置されている複数のストラット部を更に備え、該ストラット部は、該ステントが圧縮状態から配備状態へ拡張することを可能にし、互いに隣接しているストラット部が、前記近位の頂端と遠位の頂端との間の移行領域で結合されており、
前記画像形成要素と前記第一の縫合用の穴とが、各々、前記移行領域に形成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のステント。 - 前記画像形成用の穴の近位側の位置において前記移行領域の表面に一体的に形成されている少なくとも1つの棘状部を更に備えている、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のステント。
- 前記画像形成要素の近位側の位置において前記移行領域内に設けられた縮径部を構成する切欠き領域を更に備えており、該切欠き領域は、該ステントの近位領域が径方向へ広がり易くするようになされている、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のステント。
- 前記一連の近位の頂端が交互に配置された第一の近位の頂端と第二の近位の頂端とからなり、前記第一の近位の頂端の各々が第一の穴を備えている端部領域を備えており、前記第二の近位の頂端の各々が第二の穴を備えており、
前記第一の近位の頂端のうちの少なくとも1つが、該ステントの給送中に、前記第一及び第二の穴に通されて配置される単一のトリガーワイヤによって、隣接する第二の近位の頂端と共に一斉に拘束される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のステント。 - 前記第一の近位の頂端に形成されている前記第一の穴が、給送状態において、前記第二の近位の頂端に形成されている第二の穴に長手方向及び周方向で重なっている、ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のステント。
- 前記第一の近位の頂端の前記第一の穴の遠位側の位置に形成されている凹状部分を更に備えており、前記第二の近位の頂端は、前記第一の近位の頂端に向かって引っ張られて前記第一の近位の頂端の前記凹状部分内で入れ子状となる構造とされており、前記第一及び第二の穴は、該ステントの給送中に、単一のトリガーワイヤが前記第一及び第二の穴に通されて配置されたときに、互いに実質的に長手方向で整合された状態に配置される、ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のステント。
- 医療処置において使用するためのステントグラフトであって、
近位端、遠位端、及び該近位端と遠位端との間に延びている管腔を有しているグラフトと、
第一のステントであって、近位端及び遠位端と、該第一のステントの前記近位端に配置されている一連の近位の頂端と、該第一のステントの前記遠位端に配置されている一連の遠位の頂端と、該第一のステントの前記一連の近位の頂端と前記一連の遠位の頂端との間に配置されている複数のストラット部と、を備え、該第一のステントの前記一連の近位の頂端の各々が前記グラフトの前記近位端の遠位側に配置されている、第一のステントと、
第二のステントであって、近位端及び遠位端と、該第二のステントの前記近位端に配置されている一連の近位の頂端と、該第二のステントの前記遠位端に配置されている一連の遠位の頂端と、該第二のステントの前記一連の近位の頂端と前記一連の遠位の頂端との間に配置されている複数のストラット部と、を備え、該第二のステントの前記一連の遠位の頂端の各々が前記グラフトの前記近位端の遠位側に配置されており、該第二のステントの前記一連の近位の頂端の各々が前記グラフトの前記近位端を越えた近位側に配置されている、第二のステントと、を備えており、
前記第一のステントの前記近位の頂端のうちの少なくとも1つが、前記第二のステントの対応する遠位の頂端と周方向で整合しており、
前記第一のステントと前記第二のステントとが異なる幾何学的構造を有している、ことを特徴とするステントグラフト。 - 前記第一のステントの前記近位の頂端のうちの少なくとも1つが、前記第二のステントの前記遠位の頂端のうちの1つに縫合されている、ことを特徴とする請求項11に記載のステントグラフト。
- 前記第一のステントがジグザグ型のステント形状からなっており、
前記第二のステントの前記一連の近位の頂端が複数の交互に配置されている第一及び第二の近位の頂端からなり、前記第一の近位の頂端の各々が第一の穴を有する端部領域を備え、前記第二の近位の頂端の各々が第一及び第二の領域を備え、前記第一の領域には少なくとも1つの一体的な棘状部が形成され、前記第二の領域には第二の穴が形成されており、前記第二の近位の頂端の各々が、前記第二の穴の遠位側の位置において前記第二の近位の頂端に形成されている凹状部分を更に備え、前記第一の近位の頂端のうちの少なくとも1つが、前記ステントの給送中に、隣接する第二の近位の頂端の前記凹状部分内で入れ子状になる、ことを特徴とする請求項11に記載のステントグラフト。 - 前記第二のステントの前記遠位の頂端の各々が、該第二のステントの遠位端を前記グラフトに結合させるための縫合糸を受け入れるようになされている縫合用の穴を備えている、ことを特徴とする請求項11に記載のステントグラフト。
- 前記第二のステントの前記遠位の頂端の各々が、放射線不透過性のマーカーを受け入れるようになされている画像形成用の穴を更に備えており、該画像形成用の穴が前記縫合用の穴の近位側に配置されており、前記画像形成用の穴が前記グラフトの近位の端縁と整合されるようになされている、ことを特徴とする請求項14に記載のステントグラフト。
