Abstract
【解決手段】本発明に係る有機発光素子は、反射電極70と透過または半透過電極10との間に発光層40が介装される有機発光素子であって、前記透過または半透過電極と前記発光層との間に、5,000Å以上10,000Å以下の厚さを有する有機物質からなる光学調節層が挟み込まれる有機発光素子。本発明に係る有機発光素子は、広い色域(wide color gamut)を有することから、視野角(viewing angle)による色差が少ないという特性を有する。

Claims (17)
- 反射電極と透過または半透過電極との間に発光層が介装される有機発光素子であって、
前記透過または半透過電極と前記発光層との間に、5,000Å以上10,000Å以下の厚さの有機物質からなる光学調節層が挟持される、有機発光素子。 - 前記光学調節層は、電流および電圧を印加しうる物質からなる、請求項1に記載の有機発光素子。
- 前記有機発光素子の厚さ合計は、7,000Å〜12,000Åである、請求項1または2に記載の有機発光素子。
- 前記発光層は、緑色、青色および赤色の発光層を有する白色発光層である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の有機発光素子。
- 前記白色発光層は、可視光線の波長域内において4つ以上7つ以下の補強干渉を形成する、請求項4に記載の有機発光素子。
- 前記白色発光層は、可視光線の波長域内において4つの補強干渉を形成する、請求項5に記載の有機発光素子。
- 前記光学調節層は、正孔注入層および正孔輸送層のうちの少なくとも一方を有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の有機発光素子。
- 前記透過または半透過電極はアノード電極であり、前記反射電極はカソード電極である、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の有機発光素子。
- 反射電極と透過または半透過電極との間に発光層が介装される有機発光素子であって、
前記透過または半透過電極と前記発光層との間に、前記発光層から発せられた光源が可視光線の波長域内において4つ以上7つ以下の補強干渉を形成するように所定の厚さを有する光学調節層が挟持される、有機発光素子。 - 前記光学調節層は、5,000Å以上10,000Å以下の厚さを有する、請求項9に記載の有機発光素子。
- 前記光学調節層は、1.4〜2.5の屈折率を有する有機物質からなる、請求項9または10に記載の有機発光素子。
- 前記光学調節層は、電流および電圧を印加しうる物質からなる、請求項9〜11に記載の有機発光素子。
- 前記有機発光素子の厚さ合計は7,000Å〜12,000Åである、請求項9〜12のいずれか一項に記載の有機発光素子。
- 前記発光層は、緑色、青色および赤色の発光層を有する白色発光層である、請求項9〜13のいずれか一項に記載の有機発光素子。
- 前記白色発光層は、可視光線の波長域内において4つの補強干渉を形成する、請求項9〜14のいずれか一項に記載の有機発光素子。
- 前記光学調節層は、正孔注入層および正孔輸送層のうちの少なくとも一方を有する、請求項9〜15のいずれか一項に記載の有機発光素子。
- 前記透過または半透過電極はアノード電極であり、前記反射電極はカソード電極である、請求項9〜16のいずれか一項に記載の有機発光素子。
