Abstract
【解決手段】本発明に係るトルクセンサーは、ステアリングの入力軸と出力軸のうち一つと連結され軸方向に着磁されてリング形状に形成されたマグネット、そして、前記入力軸と前記出力のうち他の一つと連結され前記マグネットから軸方向に離隔配置されるリング形状の本体及び前記本体を上下方向に貫通する複数のホールで形成されたステータを含むトルクセンサーを提供する。従って、構造的に単純でかつ磁気変化量の集中効率が向上される。

Claims (12)
- ステアリングの入力軸と出力軸のうちの一つと連結され軸方向に着磁され、リング形状で形成されたマグネット、そして、
前記入力軸と前記出力軸のうち他の一つと連結され前記マグネットから軸方向に離隔配置されるリング形状の本体及び前記本体を上下方向に貫通する複数のホールで形成されたステータを含むことを特徴とする、トルクセンサー。 - 前記ステータは、前記マグネットの上側に配置される上部ステータ及び前記マグネットの下側に配置される下部ステータで構成され、
前記マグネットは複数のマグネット片が連結されて形成され、
前記上部ステータ及び前記下部ステータのホールの数は、前記マグネットに形成された極の数と同一であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のトルクセンサー。 - 前記マグネットは、前記上部ステータの下側に配置される上側マグネットと前記下部ステータの上側に配置される下側マグネットであることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のトルクセンサー。
- 前記上部ステータ及び下部ステータと各々結合して磁気変化量を集中させる上側コレクター及び下側コレクターをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のトルクセンサー。
- 前記上側コレクター及び下側コレクターと結合し、前記ステータの磁気変化量を検出する磁気素子をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のトルクセンサー。
- 前記上部ステータ及び下部ステータと結合し前記ステータの磁気変化量を検出する磁気素子をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のトルクセンサー。
- 前記ホールの半径方向の長さは、前記マグネットの半径方向の幅よりもさらに長く形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至6のうちいずれか一つに記載のトルクセンサー。
- 軸方向に着磁され、リング形状で形成されたマグネット、及び
前記マグネットの上側と下側に配置され、リング形状の板材に形成され、上下方向に貫通される複数のホールが円周方向に配列されている上部ステータ及び下部ステータを含むことを特徴とする、トルクセンサー。 - 前記マグネットは、前記上部ステータの下側に配置される上側のマグネットと前記下部ステータの上側に配置される下側マグネットであることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のトルクセンサー。
- 前記マグネットは、複数のマグネット片が円周方向に配列されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のトルクセンサー。
- 前記ホールの数は、前記マグネットの極の数と同一に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のトルクセンサー。
- 前記ホールの半径方向の長さは、前記マグネットの半径方向の幅よりもさらに長く形成されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のトルクセンサー。
