Abstract

Claims (11)
- 内燃機関の排気系(1)用の排気系部品であって、
排気の通る内部領域(7)を区画する内殻(6)と、
前記内殻(6)の、前記内部領域(7)とは反対側を向いた外面に配置された外殻(8)と、
前記内殻(6)と前記外殻(8)との間に形成された空隙(9)と、
前記空隙(9)内に配置された断熱材(10)と
を備え、
前記断熱材(10)が少なくとも1つの多孔質で形状安定な形状体(11)からなることを特徴とする排気系部品。 - 請求項1に記載の排気系部品において、
各前記形状体(11)が微細多孔質で構成される、または微細多孔質の素材からなる。 - 請求項2に記載の排気系部品において、
前記形状体(11)が細孔を有し、前記細孔の大きさが50nm未満または20nm未満である。 - 請求項1に記載の排気系部品において、
前記断熱材(10)が複数の前記形状体(11)からなり、複数の前記形状体(11)が堅固に係合する。 - 請求項1に記載の排気系部品において、
前記空隙(9)が前記排気系部品(5)の設置環境に対して防滴性と気体透過性を有するよう構成され、
前記外殻(8)が少なくとも1つの開口(20)を有し、前記開口(20)が防滴性と気体透過性を有する膜(21)で塞がれ、および/または、通気/脱気配管(23)が前記空隙(9)に連通接続される。 - 請求項1に記載の排気系部品において、
前記空隙(9)が前記排気系部品(5)の設置環境に対して防滴性と気体透過性を有するよう構成され、
前記外殻(8)が少なくとも1つの開口(17)を有し、前記開口(17)に管状体(22)が接続されるかまたは前記開口(17)がフード(18)によって覆われ、前記開口(17)が前記外殻(8)とともに、前記外殻(8)の前記開口(17)から離れた位置に前記開口とは別の開口(19)を形成する。 - 請求項1に記載の排気系部品において、
前記内殻(6)と前記外殻(8)とが管状に構成され、前記空隙(9)と前記断熱材(10)とが環状に構成され、
前記内殻(6)の長さ方向沿いの一部が蛇腹(31)に形成され、
前記蛇腹(31)が、前記内部領域(7)に臨む側においてガイドチューブ(35)に覆われている。 - 請求項7に記載の排気系部品において、
前記ガイドチューブ(35)が長さ方向の一端(36、37)において前記内殻(6)または前記蛇腹(31)に対して軸方向に固定されるが、それ以外のいかなる箇所においても前記内殻(6)および前記蛇腹(31)に対して固定されない。 - 請求項7に記載の排気系部品において、
前記蛇腹(31)による前記内殻(6)の中断部分が、前記ガイドチューブ(35)によって隙間なくかつほぼ半径方向の段差なく覆われている。 - 請求項1に記載の排気系部品において、
圧力調整装置(24)が設けられ、前記圧力調整装置(24)により前記空隙(9)内の圧力がパラメータに基づいて調節可能であり、
前記圧力調整装置(24)が、吸気側で前記空隙(9)に連通接続された排気ポンプ(25)と、前記排気ポンプ(25)をパラメータに基づいて制御するためのコントローラ(26)とを含む。 - 請求項1に記載の排気系部品において、
導入/排出装置(27)が設けられ、前記導入/排出装置(27)により前記空隙(9)に熱媒液を導入すること、および、前記空隙(9)から前記熱媒液を排出することが可能であり、
前記導入/排出装置(27)が、前記空隙(9)に連通接続された供給装置(28)と、タンク(29)と、前記供給装置(28)をパラメータに基づいて制御するためのコントローラとを含む。
