【解決手段】本発明のインバータ−充電器統合装置は、三相電動機と、バッテリの充電のための交流電力を整流して三相電動機に出力する整流部と、整流部と連結され、バッテリを充電する整流器−インバータ統合部と、バッテリの充電及び三相電動機の駆動を制御する制御部と、を含む。

Claims (11)
- インバータ−充電器統合型装置において、
三相電動機と、
バッテリの充電のための交流電力を整流して前記三相電動機に出力する整流部と、
前記整流部と連結され、前記バッテリを充電する整流器−インバータ統合部と、
前記バッテリの充電及び前記三相電動機の駆動を制御する制御部と、
を含むことを特徴とするインバータ−充電器統合型装置。 - 前記整流部は、前記バッテリの充電速度に応じた、急速充電のための三相交流電力を整流するための第1整流部と、緩速充電のための単相交流電力を整流する第2整流部と、を含む、請求項1に記載のインバータ−充電器統合型装置。
- 前記第1整流部及び前記第2整流部は、充電モードに応じて、三相電動機をスイッチングするための少なくとも一つのスイッチを含むスイッチ部を更に含む、請求項2に記載のインバータ−充電器統合型装置。
- 前記スイッチ部は、前記充電モードでの動作が完了すると、前記整流部と前記のスイッチングされた三相電動機の連結状態を解除する、請求項3に記載のインバータ−充電器統合型装置。
- 前記スイッチ部は、前記三相電動機が既に充電された電力によって動作する運転モードにおいて、前記整流部と前記のスイッチングされた三相電動機との連結状態を解除する、請求項3に記載のインバータ−充電器統合型装置。
- 前記整流器−インバータ統合部は、前記整流部によって整流された交流電力を直流電力に変換して前記バッテリを充電する、請求項1に記載のインバータ−充電器統合型装置。
- 前記整流器−インバータ統合部は、充電が完了すると、前記充電された電力で前記三相電動機を駆動する運転モードでの動作を行う、請求項1に記載のインバータ−充電器統合型装置。
- インバータ−充電器統合型装置の制御方法において、
バッテリ充電モードでの動作を行う際、交流電力を整流する段階と、
前記の整流された交流電力を直流電力に変換する段階と、
前記直流電力でバッテリを充電する段階と、
前記の充電されたバッテリの電力で三相電動機を駆動して運転モードでの動作を行う段階と、
を含むことを特徴とするインバータ−充電器統合型装置の制御方法。 - 前記バッテリ充電モードでの動作は、バッテリ充電速度に応じて、急速充電モード又は緩速充電モードのうちいずれか一つの充電モードで行われる、請求項8に記載のインバータ−充電器統合型装置の制御方法。
- 前記バッテリ充電モードが急速充電モードである場合は、三相交流電力を整流して前記バッテリを充電する、請求項8に記載のインバータ−充電器統合型装置の制御方法。
- 前記バッテリ充電モードが緩速充電モードである場合は、単相交流電力を整流して前記バッテリを充電する、請求項8に記載のインバータ−充電器統合型装置の制御方法。
