- 前記補強部材はタップグルーブを含み、
前記軟性集電タップが前記タップグルーブを貫通することを特徴とする請求項13に記載の二次電池。 - 前記キャッププレートから前記端子プレートを電気的に絶縁させる上部絶縁体、
前記キャッププレートの下部に位置し、前記キャッププレートから前記電極組立体を電気的に絶縁させる下部絶縁体、
前記キャッププレートの下部に位置するシールガスケット、および
前記シールガスケットの下部に位置する補強部材をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。 - 前記端子プレートは前記端子プレートの下面に形成される端子プレート突起を含み、
前記上部絶縁体は前記上部絶縁体の下面に形成され、前記上部絶縁体を貫通する上部絶縁体突起貫通ホールを含む上部絶縁体突起を含み、
前記キャッププレートは前記キャッププレートを貫通するキャッププレート突起貫通ホールを含み、
前記シールガスケットは前記シールガスケットを貫通するシールガスケット突起貫通ホールを含み、
前記補強部材は前記補強部材を貫通する補強突起貫通ホールを含み、前記端子プレート突起は前記上部絶縁体突起貫通ホールを貫通し、
前記端子プレート突起および前記上部絶縁体突起は前記キャッププレート突起貫通ホール、前記シールガスケット突起貫通ホールおよび前記補強部材突起貫通ホールを貫通することを特徴とする請求項15に記載の二次電池。 - 前記軟性集電タップは、0.1μmないし1000μmの厚さであることを特徴とする請求項1〜16のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記軟性集電タップは一体からなる一つの集電タップであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 多数の二次電池であって、それぞれの二次電池は、
ケース、
前記ケース内側の電極組立体、
前記ケース内側に向かう内側および前記ケース外側に向かう外側を有し、前記ケースに結合したキャッププレート、
前記電極組立体に電気的に連結され、前記キャッププレートの内側から外側に前記キャッププレートを通じて延長された軟性集電タップ、および
前記キャッププレートの外側に隣接する前記ケース外側に位置し、前記軟性集電タップが電気的に連結された端子プレートを含み、
前記二次電池の端子は隣接した二次電池の端子にバスバーによって電気的に連結されることを特徴とする二次電池パック。 - 前記軟性集電タップは、前記電極組立体の無塗装部に電気的に連結される電極連結領域および前記端子プレートに電気的に連結される端子連結領域を含み、
前記軟性集電タップの前記端子連結領域は第1折曲部を含み、前記第1折曲部は前記端子プレートの上面に形成されたタップ受け入れ溝に連結され、
前記端子プレートは前記端子プレートの上面に形成されたバスバー受け入れ溝を含み、前記バスバー受け入れ溝は前記タップ貫通ホールに対して前記タップ受け入れ溝の反対側に形成され、
隣接した二次電池に連結されたバスバーは、前記それぞれの二次電池のバスバー受け入れ溝に連結されることを特徴とする請求項19に記載の二次電池パック。
