Description

The present invention relates to a tunnel illumination device that illuminates a tunnel through which a vehicle passes.

As a conventional tunnel illumination device, for example, as disclosed in Patent Document 1, a configuration including an LED (light emitting diode) as a light source is known. In this lighting device, a substrate on which an LED is mounted is housed inside the fixture body together with a lighting circuit, and the inside of the tunnel is illuminated through a translucent cover on the front side with the back side fixed to the tunnel inner wall. can do.

However, the conventional lighting device has a problem that the LED mounting substrate, the lighting circuit, and the like are integrally housed in the fixture body, and thus the weight is heavy, and it is difficult to adjust the irradiation direction and the irradiation angle in the tunnel. was there.

Further, since moisture such as being brought in by the vehicle exists even in the tunnel, the tunnel illumination device is required to have a waterproof function, and the above-described conventional illumination device also has the instrument main body sealed. However, such a sealed structure tends to result in insufficient heat dissipation of the LED mounting substrate and the lighting circuit, which may lead to a reduction in the life of the LED. That is, the tunnel illumination device is required to be waterproof and to dissipate heat from the light emitting element, but it has been difficult to achieve both of them with the conventional configuration.
Furthermore, when replacing the LED, work such as wiring in the instrument body is required, and there is a problem in terms of workability.

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a tunnel lighting device that is excellent in waterproofness and heat dissipation and that can be easily installed and maintained.

The object of the present invention is a tunnel illumination device that illuminates a tunnel through which a vehicle passes, and includes an illuminating body having a substrate on which a light emitting element is mounted, and a power supply circuit that supplies a driving current to the light emitting element. A power supply box, a bracket that is fixed in a tunnel and to which the power supply box is attached, and a support member that supports the illuminating body. A heat radiating plate to which a supporting member is attached, and a cover member attached to the heat radiating plate so as to cover the substrate, and the supporting member is provided by a tunnel lighting device attached to the bracket so as to be positionally adjustable. Achieved.
According to the tunnel illumination device having such a configuration, since the substrate on which the light emitting element is mounted is in close contact with the heat radiating plate, it is possible to efficiently dissipate heat generated by the light emitting element. Further, since the cover member is provided on the substrate side of the heat radiating plate so as to cover the substrate, it is possible to realize a lighting device having a waterproof function while maintaining high heat radiating characteristics, and the heat radiating plate. Since it also serves as a part of the waterproof container, the material for waterproofing can be reduced, so that the weight can be further reduced. Even when an LED (light emitting diode) is used as the light emitting element, it is possible to reduce the size and weight of the illumination body. Therefore, it is desirable to use an LED (light emitting diode) as the light emitting element.

In this tunnel lighting device, the support member preferably includes a pair of support arms, and the pair of support arms are rotatably attached to the bracket on both sides of the power supply box. Is preferred.

Further, in this tunnel lighting device, it is preferable that a rotating part is interposed in at least one of the support arms, and the power supply box can be opened and closed by rotating the lighting body in the rotating part. It is preferable that it is comprised.

ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the illuminating device for tunnels which is excellent in waterproofness and heat dissipation, and can be easily installed and maintained can be provided.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 is a plan view of a tunnel illumination device according to an embodiment of the present invention. 2 and 3 are a front view and a side view of the tunnel illumination device shown in FIG. 1, which are viewed in the directions indicated by arrows A and B in FIG. 1, respectively. The tunnel lighting device 1 according to the present embodiment includes a lighting body 10, a power supply box 20, a bracket 30, and a support member 40.

The illuminating body 10 includes a substrate 11 on which a plurality of light emitting elements 11 a made of LEDs and the like are mounted, a heat sink 12 to which the substrate 11 is attached, and a cover member 13 attached to the heat sink 12 so as to cover the substrate 11. And.
The heat radiating plate 12 has, for example, a flat plate shape, and is preferably formed from a material having good thermal conductivity such as aluminum (including an aluminum alloy). In addition to high thermal conductivity, the heat sink 12 made of aluminum can realize weight reduction and ensure mechanical strength. The substrate 11 attached to the heat sink 12 is preferably formed as thin as possible in order to improve heat dissipation. In particular, by reducing the thickness of the substrate 11 to 1.0 mm or less, the light emitting element 11a is attached to the heat sink 12. High heat dissipation characteristics can be obtained, which is almost the same as the direct mounting. Although the lower limit of the thickness of the substrate 11 is not particularly limited, it may be practical in order to ensure the necessary strength, and is, for example, 50 μm. The substrate 11 is also preferably formed of a high heat conductive material such as FR4.
As shown in an exploded perspective view in FIG. 4, the cover member 13 includes a frame body 14 made of vertical members 14a and cross members 14b, a translucent panel 15 made of a transparent or translucent member such as tempered ground glass, aluminum, and the like. The metal packing 16a includes a frame packing 16 sandwiched between rubber packings 16b and 16c such as silicon rubber. The cover member 13 is attached to the heat radiating plate 12 by inserting the assembly bolt 17 through the insertion hole 12a formed along the periphery of the heat radiating plate 12, and an appropriate position of the groove portion 14c formed on the back surface side of the frame body 14. It is carried out by screwing it into the assembly nut 14d slidably arranged in the above. The translucent panel 15 is pressed and held by the frame body 14 with the frame packing 16 interposed between the light radiating plate 12. With such a configuration, adhesion between the heat radiating plate 12 and the cover member 13 is ensured, and an excellent waterproof structure of the illuminating body 10 can be obtained.
Further, the substrate 11 and the heat sink 12 are attached by using, for example, an insulating adhesive having high thermal conductivity so that the heat generated by the light emitting element 11a is efficiently radiated through the heat sink 12. It is preferable to ensure high adhesion. In addition, in order to make use of the light distribution characteristic of the light emitting element 11a having high straightness, the illuminating body 10 of the present embodiment does not include a reflecting plate.

The power supply box 20 is formed of a material having excellent heat dissipation and rigidity such as aluminum (including an aluminum alloy), and as shown in FIG. 2, power is supplied from an external power supply such as a three-phase alternating current via a power cable 20a. A power supply circuit (not shown) is accommodated. The power supply circuit includes a rectifier circuit, a switching element, a transformer, and the like. A control signal is input from an external control device via a signal cable 20b, and each light emitting element 11a of the illuminating body 10 is output via an output cable 20c. The brightness of the light emitting element 11a is controlled. The power supply box 20 is provided with a lid 21 that can be opened and closed on the front side. By opening the lid 21, maintenance of the power supply circuit accommodated therein, replacement of electronic components, and the like can be performed. The power supply box 20 is also preferably provided with a waterproof structure by interposing a packing with the lid 21.

The bracket 30 is formed by bending a thin plate-like main body 31, and a holding surface 31 a to which a leg portion 22 provided on the rear surface side of the power supply box 20 is fixed by a fastener 32 at the center of the main body 31. Is formed. Mounting holes are formed on both sides of the main body 31. An anchor bolt B embedded in a mounting surface S of a side wall, a ceiling wall, or tunnel equipment in the tunnel is inserted into the mounting hole, and a nut N is inserted. By tightening, the bracket 30 is fixed in the tunnel. On both sides of the holding surface 31 a of the bracket 30, a pair of holding plates 33, 33 extending forward from the main body 31 is provided. The holding plate 33 has two attachment holes to which two fasteners 45 and 46 described later are attached.

The support member 40 includes a pair of support arms 50 and 60 that respectively support both sides of the illuminating body 10 in the longitudinal direction. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the one support arm 50 includes a first plate member 51 attached to the heat radiating plate 12 on the rear surface side of the illuminating body 10 and a second plate attached to the holding plate 33 of the bracket 30. The first plate member 51 is configured to be rotatable with respect to the second plate member 52 by a rotating portion 53 interposed between the first plate member 51 and the second plate member 52. Has been. The rotating unit 53 is constituted by, for example, a hinge or a rotating metal fitting.
The second plate member 52 has two mounting holes that respectively match the two mounting holes formed in the holding plate 33, and is fixed to the holding plate 33 by inserting the fasteners 45 and 46. As shown in FIG. 3, one of the attachment holes formed in the second plate member 52 is a slit 52a formed in an arc shape, and the other fastener 46 is a slit 52a with one fastener 45 as a rotation axis. , The second plate 52 can be rotated in the direction indicated by the arrow with respect to the holding plate 33 and fixed at a desired rotation position.

Similarly to the one support arm 50, the other support arm 60 also has a first plate member 61 attached to the heat radiating plate 12 on the rear surface side of the lighting body 10 and a second plate member attached to the holding plate 33 of the bracket 30. 62, and the second plate member 62 is configured to be rotatable with respect to the holding plate 33. With such a configuration of the support member 40, the illumination body 10 can be rotated in the vertical direction with respect to the bracket 30, and the irradiation angle can be adjusted. Unlike the one support arm 50, the first plate member 61 and the second plate member 62 in the other support arm 60 do not interpose a rotating part and are directly fastened by a fastener 47. The pair of support arms 50 and 60 is made of a metal material such as aluminum, for example.

According to the tunnel illumination device 1 having the above configuration, the illumination body 10 and the power supply box 20 are separated, the power supply box 20 is fixed to the bracket 30, and the support member 40 that supports the illumination body 10 is provided. Since it is attached to the bracket 30 for position adjustment, the illuminating body 10 can be reduced in weight, and the position adjustment of the illuminating body 10 can be easily and reliably performed with a simple configuration. Therefore, workability when installing a large number of lighting devices 1 for a tunnel in a tunnel or performing maintenance can be improved. When many tunnel lighting devices 1 are installed, one power supply box 20 may be shared by a plurality of lighting bodies 10 (that is, some tunnel lighting devices 1 are not provided with the power supply box 20). It is possible to further speed up the installation work.

Further, the tunnel lighting device 1 of the present embodiment not only separates the illuminating body 10 from the power supply box 20, but also closely attaches the substrate 11 on which the light emitting element 11 a is mounted to one surface of the heat radiating plate 12. 12 is exposed and supported by the support member 40, the heat generated by the light emitting element 11a can be efficiently radiated through the heat radiating plate 12, and the life of the light emitting element 11a can be extended. Can be planned. Further, when it becomes necessary to replace the light emitting element 11a, the support member 40 and the cover member 13 attached to the heat radiating plate 12 are removed and replaced with a new heat radiating plate 12 with the substrate 11. Work can be done quickly. The used heat sink 12 can be recycled by replacing the light emitting element 11a and the substrate 11.

Further, the tunnel lighting device 1 according to the present embodiment has a configuration in which the pair of support arms 50 and 60 provided in the support member 40 are rotatably attached to the bracket 30 on both sides of the power supply box 20. Position adjustment of the illuminating body 10 can be easily performed while achieving compactness. The position adjustment of the support member 40 with respect to the bracket 30 is not limited to the vertical rotation as in this embodiment, and may be, for example, horizontal rotation or vertical or horizontal movement. Moreover, it may be rotatable and rectilinear. As the configuration in which the position of the support member 40 can be adjusted, a configuration in which a mounting hole through which the fastener is inserted is an arc-shaped or linear slit, a large number of mounting holes are formed in the bracket 30 or the support member 40, and the fastener is used. The structure etc. which enabled selection of the attachment hole which penetrates suitably can be illustrated.

Further, in the tunnel lighting device 1 of the present embodiment, since the rotating portion 53 is interposed in one support arm 50, the fastener 47 of the other support arm 60 is removed during inspection and maintenance of the power supply box 20. As shown in FIG. 5, by rotating the illuminating body 10 in the rotating portion 53, the lid 21 of the power supply box 20 can be opened and closed, and inspection work and the like can be performed quickly and easily.
