Abstract
【解決手段】一例として、第1電極板、第2電極板、及び前記第1電極板と前記第2電極板との間に介在されるセパレーターを含む電極組立体と、前記第1電極板及び前記第2電極板にそれぞれ電気的に接続される第1集電板及び第2集電板と、前記電極組立体と前記第1集電板及び第2集電板を受容するケースと、前記電極組立体、ケース及び集電板を密封するように前記ケースを塞ぐキャッププレートと、を含み、前記キャッププレートには前記キャッププレートの中央領域と前記中央領域に対する両側領域の厚さが互いに異なって形成されるように補強段差部が形成されている二次電池が開示される。

Claims (17)
- 第1電極板、第2電極板、及び前記第1電極板と前記第2電極板との間に介在されたセパレーターを含む電極組立体と、
前記第1電極板及び前記第2電極板にそれぞれ電気的に接続される第1集電板及び第2集電板と、
前記電極組立体と前記第1集電板及び第2集電板とを受容するケースと、
前記電極組立体、ケース及び集電板を密封するように前記ケースを塞ぐキャッププレートと、を含み、
前記キャッププレートには、前記キャッププレートの中央領域と前記中央領域に対する両側領域との厚さが互いに異なって形成されるように補強段差部が形成されていることを特徴とする二次電池。 - 前記補強段差部は、前記キャッププレートの下面に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記補強段差部は、前記中央領域と前記両側領域との間に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記補強段差部は、前記中央領域の厚さが前記両側領域の厚さより薄くなるように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記補強段差部は、前記キャッププレートの両端部から前記中央領域方向に50mmである位置に各々形成されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の二次電池。
- 前記両側領域は、前記キャッププレートの長さに対して20%〜30%の長さを有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の二次電池。
- 前記補強段差部は、前記中央領域の下面と前記両側領域の下面とが所定の段差を有するように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の二次電池。
- 前記補強段差部は、前記段差の側面をなす段差側面が前記キャッププレートの下面と垂直になるように形成されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の二次電池。
- 前記補強段差部は、前記段差の側面をなす段差側面が前記キャッププレートの下面に対して傾斜するように形成されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の二次電池。
- 前記補強段差部は、前記段差の側面をなす段差側面の上部領域がラウンド形状を有するように形成されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の二次電池。
- 前記補強段差部は、前記段差の側面をなす段差側面の下部領域がラウンド形状を有するように形成されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の二次電池。
- 前記補強段差部は、前記段差の側面をなす段差側面が階段形状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の二次電池。
- 前記補強段差部は、前記キャッププレートの下面を上方から見る場合、その中心が前記中央領域の下面に位置する弧状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の二次電池。
- 前記補強段差部は、前記キャッププレートの下面を上方から見る場合、その中心が前記両側領域の下面に位置する弧状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1集電板及び第2集電板にそれぞれ電気的に接続され、前記キャッププレートを貫通する第1電極端子及び第2電極端子を更に含み、
前記第1電極端子及び第2電極端子は、前記キャッププレートの両側領域に貫通結合されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の二次電池。 - 前記キャッププレートの中央領域及び両側領域の下面は、平らに形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記補強段差部は、前記キャッププレートの上面、または前記キャッププレートの上面及び下面に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
