Abstract
【解決手段】プロセッサ42が、少なくとも1つの気象異常に関する移動方向及び速度情報を、レーダ・システム40から受け取る。航空機20とこの少なくとも1つの気象異常とが交差することが予測される交差点を、受け取られた位置、移動方向及び速度情報と、航空機の位置情報と現在の速さ情報とに基づいて決定される。こうして、交差点に基づく第1のインジケータが、表示装置44に表示される。

Description
本願発明の更に別の態様では、決定された交差点が航空機の予め定められた飛行経路まで最も接近している所定の数の交差点の中の1つである場合に、第1のインジケータが表示される。
別の実施例では、複数の活動中のセルが航空機の予め定められた近傍に存在する場合には、所定の数の交差点だけが表示される。例えば、航空機の飛行経路/計画に最も近い5つの交差点だけが、表示装置44に示される。
Claims (3)
- 航空機(20)に搭載されたレーダ・システムによって実行される方法であって、
少なくとも1つの気象異常に関する位置、移動方向及び速度情報を受け取るステップと、
前記受け取られた位置、移動方向及び速度情報と、前記航空機の位置及び現在の速さ情報とに基づいて、前記少なくとも1つの気象異常に関する交差点を決定するステップと、
前記交差点を表示装置(44)において第1のインジケータとして表示するステップと、
を含む方法。 - 請求項1記載の方法において、前記交差点を関連する気象異常と関連させる第2のインジケータを更に表示するステップを更に含み、前記第2のインジケータは前記気象異常と前記第1のインジケータとの間で接続された直線を含み、決定された交差点が前記航空機の予め定められた飛行経路からスレショルド距離の範囲内にあるか、又は、決定された交差点が前記航空機の予め定められた飛行経路に最も近接している所定個の交差点の中の1つである場合には、前記表示するステップは第1のインジケータを表示するステップを含む、方法。
- 航空機に配置されたシステム(30)であって、
反射率データを受け取るように構成されたレーダ・コンポーネント(40)と、
前記反射率データに基づいて少なくとも1つの気象異常に関する位置、移動方向及び速度情報を決定し、前記航空機に関して受け取られた位置、移動方向及び速度情報と位置及び現在の速さ情報とに基づいて前記少なくとも1つの気象異常に関する交差点を決定し、前記決定された交差点に基づいて第1のインジケータを生成するように構成されたプロセッサ(42)と、
前記第1のインジケータを表示するように構成された表示装置(44)と、
を備え、
前記プロセッサは、更に、前記交差点を関連する気象異常と関連付ける第2のインジケータを生成するように構成され、前記表示装置は更に前記第2のインジケータを表示するように構成され、前記第2のインジケータは前記気象異常と前記第1のインジケータとの間に接続された直線を含み、
前記プロセッサは、決定された交差点が前記航空機の予め定められた飛行経路からスレショルド距離の範囲内にあるか、又は、決定された交差点が前記航空機の予め定められた飛行経路に最も近接している所定個の交差点の中の1つである場合には、第1のインジケータを表示するように構成されている、システム。
