Abstract
【解決手段】本発明に係るシャフト50は、シャフト本体52と、シャフト本体52の外周面を覆う封入空間確保部材56を備える。シャフト本体52と封入空間確保部材56との間には、粘性体が充填された粘性体封入空間74が形成される。封入空間確保部材56は、一方の端部56aのみがシャフト本体52に固定される。

Claims (6)
- 動力を伝達するシャフト本体と、
前記シャフト本体の外周面を覆うことによって、または、前記シャフト本体の内部に挿入することによって、前記シャフト本体の外周面または内周面との間に略円筒状の粘性体の封入空間を形成する封入空間確保部材と、を備え、
前記封入空間確保部材は一方の端部が前記シャフト本体に固定されることを特徴とする動力伝達用シャフト。 - 前記粘性体は、2液混合室温硬化型の液体であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の動力伝達用シャフト。
- 前記粘性体は、2液を混合するシリコンゲルであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の動力伝達用シャフト。
- 前記シャフト本体の両端には、板ばねを介在させたカップリングが設けられることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1に記載の動力伝達用シャフト。
- 前記封入空間確保部材は他方の端部にシール材が装着され、前記粘性体の封入空間が封止されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1に記載の動力伝達用シャフト。
- 前記動力伝達用シャフトは、エンジンの出力軸とダイナモメータの回転軸とを連結することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1に記載の動力伝達用シャフト。
