Claims (15)
- 翼形部(112)と、
前記翼形部の半径方向外側端部における先端シュラウド(110)と
を備えるタービンバケットであって、前記先端シュラウド(110)が、前記翼形部と一体形に形成されかつ第1の金属材料から成る第1の半径方向内側先端シュラウド部品(116A)と、第1の半径方向内側先端シュラウド部品に接合されかつ第2の金属材料から成る第2の半径方向外側構造先端シュラウド部品(116B)とを含んでいる、タービンバケット。 - 第2の金属材料が第1の金属材料よりも高温性能を有する、請求項1記載のタービンバケット。
- 第2の金属材料が第1の金属材料よりも低密度を有する、請求項1記載のタービンバケット。
- 第2の金属材料が第1の金属材料よりも高温性能を有する、請求項3記載のタービンバケット。
- 第1の半径方向内側及び第2の半径方向外側構造先端シュラウド部品(116A、116B)が、対向するほぼ平坦表面に沿って接合される、請求項1記載のタービンバケット。
- 第1の半径方向内側及び第2の半径方向外側構造先端シュラウド部品(116A、116B)が、該内側及び外側部品間の接合を強化する対向する成形表面に沿って接合される、請求項1記載のタービンバケット。
- 第1の金属材料がニッケル又はコバルト基合金を含む、請求項1記載のタービンバケット。
- 第2の金属材料が第1の金属材料よりも高温性能を有する単結晶ニッケル又はコバルト基超合金を含む、請求項1記載のタービンバケット。
- 第2の金属材料が発泡金属を含む、請求項1記載のタービンバケット。
- 第2の金属材料が発泡単結晶ニッケル又はコバルト基超合金を含む、請求項1記載のタービンバケット。
- 前記先端シュラウド(110)の両円周方向端部が、タービンロータホイール上の隣接するバケット先端シュラウドと噛合い係合状態になる輪郭であり、第2の半径方向外側構造先端シュラウド部品(116B)が、1以上のシール歯(118)を支持する、請求項1記載のタービンバケット。
- 翼形部(112)と、
前記翼形部の半径方向外側端部における先端シュラウド(110)と
を備えるタービンバケットであって、前記先端シュラウド(110)が、前記翼形部と一体形に形成されかつ第1の金属材料から成る第1の半径方向内側部品(116A)と、互いに接合されてそれを形成する第2の1以上の金属材料から成りかつ第1の金属材料に接合された第2の半径方向外側部品(116B)とを含んでおり、第2の金属材料が、第1の金属材料よりも高温性能及び/又は低密度を有する1種以上の成分で構成される、タービンバケット。 - 第2の金属材料が第1の金属材料よりも低密度を有する、請求項12記載のタービンバケット。
- 第2の金属材料が発泡されて前記低密度を生成する、請求項12記載のタービンバケット。
- 一体形タービンバケット先端シュラウドを形成する方法であって、
a)タービンバケットの翼形部(112)を第1の一体形半径方向内側先端シュラウド部品(116A)と共に形成するステップと、
b)第2の半径方向外側構造先端シュラウド部品(116B)を第1の一体形半径方向内側先端シュラウド部品に接合するステップと
を含む方法。
