技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽轮机叶片,特别涉及一种汽轮机叶片防窜动叶冠。
背景技术
 汽轮机叶片是汽轮机中用以引导流体按一定方向流动,并推动转子旋转的重要部件。组装时需要将若干叶片呈环形环绕在转子上,传统的汽轮机叶片在组装时,由于其没有定位结构,无法保证组装精度,常常发生动叶片辐射线不在同一平面的现象,造成辐射线错位,运行不稳定,从而影响汽轮机的发电效率。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种定位方便且能够避免窜动的汽轮机叶片防窜动叶冠。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种汽轮机叶片防窜动叶冠,包括叶冠本体,其创新点在于:所述叶冠本体的内径向面设置锯齿形齿槽,所述叶冠本体的外径向面设置可嵌合锯齿形齿槽的锯齿结构。
本发明的优点在于:利用锯齿结构与锯齿形齿槽啮合,实现相邻叶冠的定位,同时,能够避免叶冠在横向的窜动,提高安装精度。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,包括叶冠本体1、锯齿形齿槽2、锯齿结构3。
上述叶冠本体1的内径向面设置锯齿形齿槽2,在叶冠本体1外径向面设置可嵌合锯齿形齿槽2锯齿结构3。利用锯齿结构3与锯齿形齿槽2啮合,实现相邻叶冠的定位,同时,能够避免叶冠在横向的窜动,提高安装精度。
