Abstract
【解決手段】過酸化水素と、オウゴンまたはリョクチャから成るカタラーゼ活性阻害剤とを含む殺菌剤を、口腔内の歯や義歯等の殺菌対象に接触させる。次に、半導体レーザーから成る発光手段により、350nm乃至500nmの波長を有する光を殺菌対象に照射する。これにより、過酸化水素が光分解してヒドロキシラジカルを発生させ、発生したヒドロキシラジカルにより殺菌を行うことができる。

Plot で解析を行った。その結果を、図1に示す。
本発明に係る口腔用殺菌剤は、過酸化水素とカタラーゼ活性阻害剤とを含むことを、特徴とする。
本発明の実施の形態の殺菌装置は、本発明に係る殺菌剤と発光手段とを有している。
発光手段は、350nm乃至500nmの波長を有する光を照射可能な半導体レーザーから成っている。
aureusに対して約1000倍の殺菌作用が得られた。
Claims (6)
- 過酸化水素とカタラーゼ活性阻害剤とを含むことを、特徴とする殺菌剤。
- 前記カタラーゼ活性阻害剤はオウゴンまたはリョクチャを含むことを、特徴とする請求項1記載の殺菌剤。
- 過酸化水素とカタラーゼ活性阻害剤とを含むことを、特徴とする口腔用殺菌剤。
- 過酸化水素とカタラーゼ活性阻害剤とを殺菌対象に接触させ、350nm乃至500nmの波長を有する光を前記殺菌対象に照射することを、特徴とする殺菌方法。
- 過酸化水素とカタラーゼ活性阻害剤と、
前記過酸化水素と前記カタラーゼ活性阻害剤とを接触させた殺菌対象に、350nm乃至500nmの波長を有する光を照射可能に設けられた発光手段とを、
有することを特徴とする殺菌装置。 - 請求項1または2記載の殺菌剤を接触させた殺菌対象から採取した試料と、4−ヒドロキシ−2,2,6,6−テトラメチルピペリジン−N−オキサイド(TEMPOL)との混合液に対して電子スピン共鳴(ESR)測定を行い、得られた電子スピン共鳴(ESR)スペクトルの線幅に基づいて、前記試料に含まれる細胞または微生物のカタラーゼ活性を測定し、前記殺菌剤の殺菌効果の評価を行うことを、特徴とする殺菌剤の評価方法。
