Claims (16)
- 薄膜トランジスタをそれぞれ含む複数の画素が形成された第1基板と、
前記画素に対応して第1方向に所定間隔離隔して配列される複数の第1電極パターンと、
前記第1基板に対向して位置する第2基板と、
前記第2基板の外面に形成され、前記第1方向と交差する第2方向に所定間隔離隔して配列される複数のバリアパターンとが備えられることを特徴とするタッチスクリーンパネル内蔵型立体映像平板表示装置。 - 前記複数の第1電極パターンは、第2基板の内面に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル内蔵型立体映像平板表示装置。
- 前記複数の第1電極パターンは、前記複数のバリアパターンと同一面上に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル内蔵型立体映像平板表示装置。
- 前記第1電極パターンと前記バリアパターンとの間には、絶縁層が形成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル内蔵型立体映像平板表示装置。
- 前記複数の画素は、それぞれ左眼用イメージ情報を表示する左眼画素と、右眼用イメージ情報を表示する右眼画素とが交互に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル内蔵型立体映像平板表示装置。
- 前記第2基板の外面に配列された複数のバリアパターン及びそれらの間の透光領域は、前記左右眼用画素から出る光をそれぞれ選択的に遮断及び透過することを特徴とする請求項5に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル内蔵型立体映像平板表示装置。
- 前記第1電極パターン及びバリアパターンは、それぞれ静電容量方式のタッチスクリーンパネルの電極として用いられることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル内蔵型立体映像平板表示装置。
- 前記第1電極パターンは、相互静電容量方式のタッチスクリーンパネルの駆動電極として動作し、前記バリアパターンは、検出電極として動作することを特徴とする請求項7に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル内蔵型立体映像平板表示装置。
- 前記平板表示装置が所定の画像を表示する動作を行う第1フレーム期間には前記第1電極パターンに同じ電圧が印加され、タッチ認識を行う第2フレーム期間には前記各第1電極パターンに順次に駆動信号が印加されることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル内蔵型立体映像平板表示装置。
- 前記第1フレームと前記第2フレームとは、順次交互に動作することを特徴とする請求項9に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル内蔵型立体映像平板表示装置。
- 前記各々の第1電極パターンに接続される電圧印加パッドと、前記バリアパターンに接続される電圧検出パッドとがさらに形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル内蔵型立体映像平板表示装置。
- 前記複数のバリアパターンのうち、所定間隔離隔したそれぞれ1つのバリアパターンまたは少なくとも2以上の隣接するバリアパターンにのみ電圧検出パッドが電気的に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル内蔵型立体映像平板表示装置。
- 前記電圧検出パッドが接続されていないバリアパターンは、フローティング状態で実現されるか、接地電圧が印加されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル内蔵型立体映像平板表示装置。
- 前記隣接するバリアパターンは同じ電圧検出用パッドに接続され、1つの検出電極として動作することを特徴とする請求項12または請求項13に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル内蔵型立体映像平板表示装置。
- 前記電圧検出用パッドに接続されたバリアパターンと交差する第1電極パターンの幅は、前記バリアパターンと交差する面積が最小化されるように調整されることを特徴とする請求項12〜14のいずれか一項に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル内蔵型立体映像平板表示装置。
- 前記バリアパターンと交差する部分における第1電極パターンの幅は、残りのバリアパターンと交差する部分における第1電極パターンの幅より狭く実現されることを特徴とする請求項15に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル内蔵型立体映像平板表示装置。
