Abstract
【解決手段】入力軸及び出力軸に連結されるステアリングシステムのトルク・インデックスセンサであって、ハウジング132、前記出力軸と共に回転し、矩形状に形成されたインデックスマグネット140、及び前記ハウジングの内部に固定結合され、前記インデックスマグネットの回転に応じて磁化信号を生成する磁気素子を含むトルク・インデックスセンサ135を提供する。したがって、インデックスマグネット140の形状が矩形状で、単純であることから、生産性及び経済性に優れる利点がある。

Claims (6)
- 入力軸及び出力軸に連結されるステアリングシステムのトルク・インデックスセンサであって、
ハウジング、
前記ハウジングの内部に収容され、前記出力軸と共に回転できるように前記出力軸に連結され、断面が矩形状に形成されたインデックスマグネット、及び、
前記ハウジングの内部に固定結合され、前記インデックスマグネットの回転に応じて磁化信号を出力する磁気素子、を含むことを特徴とするトルク・インデックスセンサ。 - 前記出力軸と前記インデックスマグネットとの間に介在され、リング状からなり、前記インデックスマグネットは、外周面の一部に沿って結合するインデックスハウジング、をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のトルク・インデックスセンサ。
- 前記インデックスマグネットは、複数のマグネットが互いに接触して配列され、
前記マグネットは、隣接するマグネット間の極性が逆であり、それぞれ、矩形状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のトルク・インデックスセンサ。 - 前記インデックスマグネットは、3つのマグネットが長さ方向に沿って互いに接触して配列され、
前記マグネット間の接触面は、互いに平行であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のトルク・インデックスセンサ。 - 前記磁気素子は、前記インデックスマグネットの回転に応じてインパルス信号を生成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のトルク・インデックスセンサ。
- 前記磁気素子は、ホール素子であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のトルク・インデックスセンサ。
