Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の擬似嘔吐物用組成物は、リボフラビン、フラビンヌクレオチド、およびフラビンアデニンジヌクレオチドよりなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種のフラビン化合物を含有する。また、本発明の擬似嘔吐物は、本発明の擬似嘔吐物用組成物と水を含有する。

Description
フラビン化合物として乾燥粉末状のビール酵母(ヤクルトヘルスフーズ株式会社販売、「ビール酵母(粉末)」)12gと、デンプン系乾燥食品として米粥6gと、増粘剤として乾燥粉末状のデキストリン2gとを配合して、擬似嘔吐物用組成物20gを調製した。擬似嘔吐物用組成物には、フラビン化合物が15.5mg/kg(リボフラビン換算)含まれていた。これに水200mLを加えて撹拌することにより、フラビン化合物を1.55mg/Lで含有する擬似嘔吐物を得た。容器に入れた擬似嘔吐物を1.5mの高さから樹脂製の床に落として散布したところ、擬似嘔吐物は2m×2m程度の範囲に広がった。
(2−1)乾拭きした場合
上記(1)のように散布された擬似嘔吐物の周囲を新聞紙で囲むとともに、擬似嘔吐物に新聞紙をかぶせた後、擬似嘔吐物を新聞紙とともにかき集めて、これをビニル袋に収容した。次いで、擬似嘔吐物が散布された領域をキッチンタオルで乾拭きした。目視で確認したところ、擬似嘔吐物はきれいに除去されていた。ブラックライト(SPECTRONICS CORPORATION社製、SPECTROLINE EN-280L/J)を用いて擬似嘔吐物が散布された床に紫外線を照射したところ、床の一部に黄色の蛍光発光が確認された。従って、擬似嘔吐物が完全に除去できずに、一部拭き残りができてしまったことが分かった。
上記(1)のように散布された擬似嘔吐物の周囲を新聞紙で囲むとともに、擬似嘔吐物に新聞紙をかぶせた後、擬似嘔吐物を新聞紙とともにかき集めて、これをビニル袋に収容した。次いで、擬似嘔吐物が散布された領域に水を撒き、そこにキッチンタオルをかぶせた後、このキッチンタオルで床を水拭きした。目視で確認したところ、擬似嘔吐物はきれいに除去されていた。ブラックライト(SPECTRONICS CORPORATION社製、SPECTROLINE EN-280L/J)を用いて擬似嘔吐物が散布された床に紫外線を照射したところ、黄色の蛍光発光は確認されなかった。従って、擬似嘔吐物は完全に除去されたことが確認できた。
Claims (6)
- リボフラビン、フラビンヌクレオチド、およびフラビンアデニンジヌクレオチドよりなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種のフラビン化合物を含有することを特徴とする擬似嘔吐物用組成物。
- 前記フラビン化合物を0.5mg/kg以上(リボフラビン換算)含有する請求項1に記載の擬似嘔吐物用組成物。
- さらに、デンプン系乾燥食品を含有する請求項1または2に記載の擬似嘔吐物用組成物。
- さらに、デキストリン、アルギン酸、キサンタンガム、およびグアーガムよりなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種を含有する請求項3に記載の擬似嘔吐物用組成物。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の擬似嘔吐物用組成物および水を含有することを特徴とする擬似嘔吐物。
- 請求項5に記載の擬似嘔吐物を散布する工程と、
散布された前記擬似嘔吐物に紫外線を照射して前記フラビン化合物を蛍光発光させる工程を有することを特徴とする擬似嘔吐物の確認方法。
